What do you like best about SparkPost?
The volume of emails that can be sent with SparkPost is truly impressive -- 100,000 emails per month at no charge! This alone makes it worth trying at the very least.
I found it exceedingly easy to set up SparkPost to work with my website. The web interface is clean and simple, and the documentation was surprisingly great when I needed additional help. Checklists in the web interface ensured that I had set up all of the DNS records correctly, and the ability to quickly send a test email provided peace of mind that I had actually set up everything correctly.
Another minor but appreciated feature of SparkPost is two-factor authentication through any app like Google Authenticator or Authy. While minor, implement two-factor authentication makes me feel more secure in trusting SparkPost with the ability to email all of the users of our products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SparkPost?

What do you like best about SparkPost?
Nothing, the Sparkpost and MessageBird have the worse service I have ever seen Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SparkPost?
Sparkpost & MessageBird are irresponsibles with their account suspension, they don't care about the impact they can produce to the customers, and they don't care about the service. They cut our service because they didn't answer to more than 25 emails and 15 tickets we opened to inform that we need the payment information which they changed when moved from Sparkpost to MessageBird. They responded 6 months latter with wrong information delaying more and more the payment, but then they cut the service. It is the worse service I have ever received Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not such any instance where we can say that product is not useful.
We have implemented the same in our marketing automation flow through webengage and the jorneys works well. We would need more support in future whenever we increase our automation journey flow! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate how it simplifies the process of sending emails in bulk by utilizing the contacts we've created.

What do you like best about SparkPost?
I use Sparkpost to manage my customers' email domains through our platform, so I have a pretty narrow use case, but it works perfectly for that use case - no complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SparkPost?
The only thing I don't like is that domain verification resets after a given timeframe. But I don't think that's something specific to Sparkpost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SparkPost?
Easy to Use and not very expensive. They have a long way to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SparkPost?
Ran a list of about 26,000 emails through their system, and about 300 came back as not mailable. Did a blast with the remaining, but over 400 were non-deliverable, and 65 made SPAM complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SparkPost?
SP is very intuitive. I am not a techy by any stretch of the imagination but am by default the "go to" in our office for management of emails. SP integrates into our CRM flawlessly, and we have only on a few occasions had to log into the master account to troubleshoot issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SparkPost?
My only complaint is we don't have spell check within our email. Because we use our email integrated within our CRM I am not sure if this is a CRM issue or Sparkpost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SparkPost?
I like that it allows us to easily batch-send emails using the contacts created and stored in Giveffect. It makes pulling contact lists much easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like how the standard formatting comes through when someone receives one of our emails. Unless we create the email using drag & drop, they look unremarkable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
