If you have android and iOS devices in your environment, you need two different deployment servers; one for android devices and the other for iOS devices. It would have been nice if you didn't require multiple servers for deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOTI MobiControl?
SOTI Mobicontrol remote view and manage option is a good feature. The reason is we can troubleshoot issues in a few minutes. Geo-location tracking is another best feature. Device details and device alert is a good feature. Geofences is a good feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SOTI MobiControl?
The device, when we go sleep mode agent, will not communicate with the console. Some devices can not take remote control only remote view. Can not disable reset device using volume up butten and lock button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the thought of SOTI echo system which includes SOTI Mobicontrol, SOTI Identity, SOTI Insight Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SOTI MobiControl?
SOTI Mobicontrol (Cloud version) still uses legacy back-end interface.
Relatively poor integration with other cloud-based service providers like Okta. Lack of the authentication bridge option which would allow end-users to authenticate one time into the service without a need to re-authenticate into other 3rd party SAML-based auth mobile apps (Slack, Zoom, DocuSign, Zendesk, Box etc.)
Sales team is very slow to respond to customers. It takes 3 or 4 calls to go over the same requirements. They have a trouble documenting use case and handing it over to professional service team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
