What do you like best about SOCi?

As an Admin, I like that I can preview all of our social media posts before they go out into the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

If I do not approve a post before it is scheduled, there isn't an easy way for me to find that post. It disappears from my "pending posts" and the only place I can find it is on the calendar of the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

I've been using So-Ci for work, and it's been a great tool, especially working in multi-family property management, I really appreciate how easy the platform is to navigate. It makes creating and managing content super efficient, which is a huge help when juggling all the tasks of a property manager on-site! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

If I had to choose something, I'd say it would be nice to have a few more customization options for templates or scheduling features. I currently use Notion so if So-Ci could integrate with my Notion templates that would be even better. Nothing major, just small tweaks that could make an already great platform even better! What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?

So-Ci has really helped streamline communication and content management for me in multi-family property management. It saves me a ton of time by providing an easy-to-use platform where I can manage all my social media and resident engagement in one place. What do you like best about SOCi?

I can schedule posts for all of my social media & Google in one place. I can also schedule a time to post based on when I know my customers are more active. The scheduling feature allows me to set up posts once a week or once a month instead of several times a week. I can also access the app on my phone when I am attaching photos, and I can have my staff download the app if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

I am not always notified when a new review has been posted. As a franchisee, I cannot respond directly to reviews, but my franchisor overlooked a review in the past and I only noticed because I was clicking through everything on SoCi when it normally shows in the dashboard. What do you like best about SOCi?

SOCi is simple to use for a single location or multiple users. It is easy to review content and collaborate with team members in the platform. I like the additional add-on options that are available based on need.

What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reputation assist has taken that responsibility of our teams and allowed a neutral 3rd party to handle. Freeing up time to solve problems before the guests leaves and taking the person feelings out of the conversation. The platform has also allowed for oversight and accountability.

We are also excited to recently have added both Ads and Boost Plus allowing users to easily schedule Social Ads or Boost posts for additional exposure while providing some company oversight on performance and content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

How intuitive and simple it is to post on multiple social media platforms to promote our community! Instead of being a chore, Soci implements the perfect platform to post on several things at once, making it easy to tweak here or there depending on the post, and having the option to post from pre-approved posts created from our company as well. This has made this part of my job in property management so much easier. We use it daily for Facebook, Google Business, and Instagram. The social media scheduler is a game changer! It has always been difficult for me to find time to post on a daily basis -- now I can do it all in a few days for the entire month! I also love that reviews and socials are in the same place; the less clicks and log-ins the better! The platform is easy to navigate and understand each menu item. I will use this A LOT! What do you like best about SOCi?

What do you like best about SOCi?

Being able to schedule and post content across multi-locations via social media platforms and being able to manage those locations too.

We're able to monitor and respond to customer reviews across Google and Facebook by creating am automate review reponse which helps us maintain consistency and efficiency do to a busy work enviroment.

The newest addition of AI-powered insights and automation - We dig! The recommendatons for responses and text wording has been an encouraging new feature that we've enjoyed since it's been added!

Upsides for us have been many but reducing the need for multiple tools by consolidating marketing efforts into one platform speaks volumes for our company.

-Consistency and Brand Control have been helpful to us and allows my personally some room to breath knowing there's a gatekeeper for unauthorized or inconsistent content from being posted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

I would like to see better data-driven marketing analytics and performance reports that show accurate data from the online foot traffic we receive that helps us remain visible to the world-wide web. If we had accurate reporting data from the platform perhaps what is currently offered on SOCi as far as insights into customer sentiment and trends woul dbe more visible and able for us to understand.

Tracking meaures and reporting of our work or content we post would maximize our company's ad budget. We could focus on what's high perfomring and reevaluate what is not.

The paid boosting feature on SOCi has not worked for us since we've launched with the platform several years ago. I would like to ensure consistent paid social advertising and an improved feature fo boosting our own ads through SOCi. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
