If I had to choose something, I'd say it would be nice to have a few more customization options for templates or scheduling features. I currently use Notion so if So-Ci could integrate with my Notion templates that would be even better. Nothing major, just small tweaks that could make an already great platform even better! I can schedule posts for all of my social media & Google in one place. I can also schedule a time to post based on when I know my customers are more active. The scheduling feature allows me to set up posts once a week or once a month instead of several times a week. I am not always notified when a new review has been posted. As a franchisee, I cannot respond directly to reviews, but my franchisor overlooked a review in the past and I only noticed because I was clicking through everything on SoCi when it normally shows in the dashboard. How intuitive and simple it is to post on multiple social media platforms to promote our community! Instead of being a chore, Soci implements the perfect platform to post on several things at once, making it easy to tweak here or there depending on the post, and having the option to post from pre-approved posts created from our company as well. Upsides for us have been many but reducing the need for multiple tools by consolidating marketing efforts into one platform speaks volumes for our company.

I would like to see better data-driven marketing analytics and performance reports that show accurate data from the online foot traffic we receive that helps us remain visible to the world-wide web. If we had accurate reporting data from the platform perhaps what is currently offered on SOCi as far as insights into customer sentiment and trends woul dbe more visible and able for us to understand.
