What do you like best about SalesHood?

SalesHood delivers a full solution for Sales Enablement and Communications to your Sales Teams. We store and share all of our Sales Enablement content as well as important communications to our Sales Teams right in SalesHood. The reporting allows us to see the reps' engagement with the content.

I also really love that reps can practice their pitch right from their smart phone, upload their video, and their manager and team can view and provide instant feedback. There are a lot of creative ways you can use these videos. As Sales Kickoff pre-work we had Reps submit a video sharing what they were most proud of the previous year and aspirations for the upcoming year. We reviewed hundreds of clips and created a montage that we shared at our Sales Kickoff and it was very well received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesHood?

It's not that I dislike the reporting, but I do wish the reporting gave me more graphical reporting options. However the usage and engagement data I am able to download is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SalesHood solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use SalesHood across all of our Sales, Communications and Sales Content Delivery Needs.

- Onboarding and Bootcamp - resulting in faster ramp time.

- Ongoing training - new product/feature certifications, resulting in faster awareness and proficiency in new releases.

- Pitch practice/feedback/certifications - providing quick team and manager feedback on pitches.

- Sales and Marketing content delivery in context of SFDC Opportunities. This gives us great viewing/usage data for our sales content. This results in faster access to sales tools without the guess work around where to find the latest content to share with your prospects and customers.

- Sales Communications - we use SalesHood to deliver regular sales news to our Sales Teams resulting in higher awareness of the priority topics for our Sales Teams.

- Ongoing training sessions are recorded and posted to SalesHood for on-demand viewing. This gives us great viewing reporting while giving reps the flexibility to watch on demand either on their laptop or mobile device.

What do you like best about SalesHood?

What problems is SalesHood solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main reason we looked for a tool like this was for managing our internal content in one easy to find place. One of the main reasons we went with Saleshood was their AI search which can read your own internal content and answer questions for your reps.

Our onboarding was previously in it's own separate tool and this brought all content together in 1 easy to reference space.

The support we receive is top notch - we were introduced to a success rep in the sales process and she has remained our dedicated rep and is available to hop on calls to help us as we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SalesHood?

SalesHood has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the team that supports us to the platform itself, SH has been instrumental in how we interact with our sales teams in both content and training. We have utilized SalesHood for weekly training, our onboarding program and even AI Roleplay sessions. Any time we have needs or questions, our SalesHood team is there and helping us resolve the issue or guide us in best practices. I cannot say enough about our CSM and her dedication to our success post sale. SalesHood will not only provide the best enablement platform, but also the best service post sale as well. SalesHood is also our Sales Training platform of choice, from the AI integrations to the ability to set up courses with ease. What do you like best about SalesHood?

When shown this, our head of LMS said "It's purpose-built for learning. It's perfect." and I would agree. It is the easiest platform to create an actual learning path, not just a series of content delivery. It combines simplicity with functionality, and as mentioned in the title - the AI component for both feedback and roleplay are an absolute MUST for any company. (Unless you compete with me, in which case, ignore my positive feedback. I don't need YOU doing awesome things for YOUR sales teams! ;). What do you like best about SalesHood?

Saleshood has been an incredibly easy enablement tool to use, and we were able to integrate it seamlessly with our tech stack. It's allowed us to be more focused and deliver on the needs of the business. What do you like best about SalesHood?

I like the ability to create client sites and share information with customers using the client sites - gives it a touch of class. The way information such as product datasheets, training, videos are organised makes it easy to search and find the items that you are looking for.

This is definitely one of the better sales tools that I have come across and I would say that I use Saleshood every week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesHood?

I think the user interface can be better - you can find what you want but the interface design looks pretty basic. I think it can be improved, perhaps using tiles instead of just rectangular blocks across the page. That's just my opinion anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Sharing product information with customers - all my customers need to do is go to the client sites and they can find what they are looking for at the sites.

2. Product feature introduction and training - short training videos for customers to access and learn the new features, quick and easy.

What do you dislike about SalesHood?

The biggest downside of SalesHood is the lack of authoring features on pages. My publishers would like to comment, assign tasks, resolve, do version control, etc. We found that embedding Confluence can work, but would prefer better native functionality for documentation.
