What do you like best about Saleshandy?

Unlike tools like Mailtrack this tool not only helps me track emails but it lets me help track activity of my team. I can even see if my team is doing something wrong and correct it without much efforts.

The biggest problem that I was solving was getting better insights into my sales emails. Whether that is following up with a potential client or a cold email, it allows me to see which subject lines are working better at getting opens and which ones are not. What do you like best about Saleshandy?

Saleshandy works seamlessly with Outlook. It provides great support and videos for me to learn how to use it. I also felt like it was relatively easy to get a campaign started. I used Saleshandy to put together a large campaign to thousands of prospects. I was pleased that I was able to achieve close to a 50% open rate on my first try. What do you dislike about Saleshandy?

Sometimes it seems like there are too many steps to get things done. For example, for me to edit a contact name, I need to click on the contact, and then click to the right section, and then click on the edit button. What do you like best about Saleshandy?

While there are still few features missing in their V3 form V2 it's user experience and functionality are really well made and thoughtful. Most other cold email outreach tools seem to make things too complex so it's easy to get lost.

As I do a variety of different campaigns each week to test audiences and copy it's important that I can set these up fast and even add A/B testing to campaigns.

It also has a great and supportive community and responsive and friendly support as well.

What do you dislike about Saleshandy?

Templates could be added from an email campaign rather than only from the templates page. Some more integrations would be nice but they're already working on those. What do you like best about Saleshandy?

I like that, with the cold leads generator, I'm able to choose the criteria for the leads (location, title, company revenue, and others) and I can instantly see the results. This is great because we plan to use this feature frequently. We are looking for a new CRM and plan to try it out so that we have a streamlined system for obtaining cold leads, updating the CRM, following up with emails, etc, in addition to integrating our existing customer base. The ease of use of this platform makes all the difference. The suggestions to make my sequences efficient and effective are readily available with each sequence build. Customer support is excellent. The support staff understands what I am trying to achieve and offer solutions to make it work. Integrating my databases into the platform is as easy as drag and drop. The features are virtually endless. I use the platform multiple times per week and make great connections. The ease of implementation is outstanding compared with other email services. What do you like best about Saleshandy?

I have tried Apollo, salesforce and sooo many other CRM/lead generator and email campaign software but it was almost a whole new job just to learn them !!! Then googling I found Saleshandy and wowzer - 100% honest it really user friendly !!! I was easy to setup. The features and intergration to gmail was easy - settting up the customer domain was easy too. I will be using this as my go to tool all the time now !

- Active development over the past few years since I used it.

Cold outreach is one way to acquire B2B customers. But if I send too many nonsense group emails in the wrong way at the wrong time, it would eventually become spam. What do you like best about Saleshandy?

The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. This is my first time setting up sequences and I was able to do it right the very first time. They also provide free guidance and blogs to help you structure your email and sequences. And it is very easy to integrate more inboxes on the fly. The customer support is great so far.
