Riva's ease of use has been essential to our Sales & Marketing teams at Janus Henderson to track sales activity in the Salesforce system. Additionally, we just migrated to the cloud version of Riva and the project management team laid out the implementation in a very straight forward manner making it easy for me to complete the migration.

As a Riva admin for my company, I'm finding that in the newer cloud version of Riva we had some of our capabilities taken away. This makes it harder to troubleshoot certain issues for our users, and increases the time to resolution.

As a higher ed institution, our users use their google calendars as personal accounts as much as work accounts and the riva tool was not as nimble at accounting for unique synchronizing rules/logic per user as our users would have wanted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Addresses the majority of the security concerns. Most services can connect these multiple CRMs, but addressing data security has always been an issue. Riva has that covered, and I like it for that.
