My only complaint is that there is no real-time WYSIWYG editor for making live updates. The code has to be generated and then placed into our code by our developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are quite new to Reviews.io and are still collecting experience. We had a few initial problems with understanding and then used the chat support function. Our support agent Trilok was extremely friendly and helpful and had a solution for everything.
Also setup is quite easy and the ReviewBooster a very good tool to start out with some Reviews if you already have a few customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The lowest entry level for subscriptions is 1,500 invitations, which we consider to be very high, especially for young companies.

To get the best of reviews.io you really need to refine your setup as out of the box it's likley not going to give you the outcome you may be looking for. Also some of the widgets cant be saved when customising, meaning if you setup a widget in exactly how you like it, it may not be avaiable the next time you want to update it, ultimatley, starting from scratch, unless you know code. so responsive. i spent a day trying to install something and when i had completley lost hope that it would ever work i reached out. Trilok was amazing resolving the issue - it was complicated and they were so patient to make sure it worked as expected. It also helped convince me to upgrade my plan to utilize additional features. i wish there was an integration with shopify inbox to be able to nudge people to write a review - either when chatting in if they had placed a previous order -or- as a pop up on the site to review a previous order if they have come back to the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been a customer of Reviews.io for many years. When I signed up there wasn't many review platforms that were interested in SMB customers and Reviews.io were very eager to work with and help me without any contracts or large commitments on my end. At the time of adopting Reviews.io I found other competitor companies were very unscrupulous with the pricing.
Their support has always been extremely responsive and helpful whenever I face an issue. A few years ago they proactively contacted me when they opened an Australian subsidiary and arranged for billing to be in my local currency which was great.
Reviews.io are a smaller company and they are constantly improving their product and if you make a suggestion it feels like they take it on board rather than saying "we'll look into adding that to our roadmap". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is very easy to use, with many customizable elements, and has allowed us to quickly increase our customer reviews at an extremely fast pace. The support team is very responsive (especially Mr. Trilok and Mr Maddox), and they have in-depth knowledge of the platform, ensuring quick assistance in case of any issues. I'm struggling to find any negatives about using reviews.io at the moment but if there was something, it would be more related to Google and their requirement for showing rating stars in ads which currently means you need to have had at least 100 reviews in the last 12 months. If you have a problem you can write a message to the support team and they will respond very quickly. Even if it is a complex problem, they will discuss it internally and give you the best advice they can and will not quit until it is solved. Thank you so much! The use of the program is not really self-explanatory, and sometimes even a bit complicated. If you get used to it, it is easy to work with. Though I still wish you could activate multiple Flows at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our web developer created a huge issue for us when integrating Reviews.io with our website. I emailed support at Reviews.io for help, not expecting a reply for at least a few hours. However, within minutes I'd heard back from Khalil, who dealt with our problem very quickly and efficiently. It's very rare to get such a speedy and helpful technical response from a company in this type of industry so thank you and well done Khalil.
