PowerReviews moderation services saves us hundreds of hours each year. They check new reviews to make sure they are actually product reviews before publishing them to our feed. I wouldn't say I dislike it, but I find the review moderation dashboard / interface to be a bit cumbersome. We've been using Power Reviews almost as long as they've been in business and the admin dashboard functionality hasn't really changed much over the years. The good news is that they continue to polish the consumer facing UI to make that more user friendly. It would be good if they took some of their consumer facing UX talent and put it to work for the admin UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
