What do you like best about Piwik PRO?
Its sensible, well thought out, high quality implementation. The reporting UI is rock solid. The suite of tools are all tightly integrated - analytics, CMP, TMS, CDP

What do you dislike about Piwik PRO?
I want more people to use it! Understandably, some of the 3P integrations are more complex because third parties make them more complex. Google want you to use GA4, so that's why it's easier to integrate with search console for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Piwik PRO?
Currently, Piwik PRO is my favourite tool for web analytics to replace Google Analytics. It is easy to use and understand, marketers don't necessarily need analysts' help for everything. In addition, it provides tools for consent management and tag management in the same software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Piwik PRO?
Piwik PRO is still very web oriented -- I probably wouldn't choose it as analytics tools for a mobile app or product analytics of a SaaS tool. It certainly can be used for those purposes, but some other tool might be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the best things about Piwik Pro is that it's EU based. No support to Trump & America. Plus I feel much more safe about the data security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I need a much more simple dashboard in the beginning. I always build one myself for my clients.
Tracking cross domain is not working and I can't get any support solving the issues. That needs to be fixed ASAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mainly Piwik Pro Core is easy to handle. You get a quick overview on the most important stats. I used Google Analytics for over 10 years and I feel comfortable with Piwik. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
