If you're experienced and you know what you are doing, then Pivotal CRM is easy to understand. Essential customization, coverage facility and amalgamation etc are all there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pivotal CRM?

Plenty to dislike about Pivotal CRM. It fell way short of what I expected. The interface is intimidating (especially if you're new) and is extremely buggy. This lags at times and often stalls out on loading (and no, it's not my system issue). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Pivotal CRM:
