What is Performly?

Performly is a cloud-based human resources solution designed for small, midsize and large businesses. Primary features include talent management, object and competency management, 360-degree performance reviews, feedback collection, recognition, daily task checklist and internal process management. The talent management module allows users to list employee objectives, job descriptions, core competencies and plans for growth and development. They can link objectives to the employee to-list and assess their performance. The 360-degree review functionality provides self-assessments, peer reviews and manager evaluations capability. Templates are provided for one-on-one check-in meetings to help users record and discuss progress and give feedback. It is offered in a subscription pricing option. It is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems. Mobile applications for Android and iOS devices are offered. Support is offered via email and over the phone.

What do you like best about Performly?

The user interface is very user-friendly. The dashboard is very precise and informative.

What do you dislike about Performly?

There's nothing much to complain. But this is internet dependent and you can not do much if there's no internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Performly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Performance Management is very important for any organization, having a sophisticated application makes it all the way better. Performly does just that, it captures the feedback, can track real-time data, has 360-degree feedback, has lots of customizable templates, generates reports, and a lot more. With Performly, you can follow up on the daily tasks of different employees to check whether scheduled or specified activities or processes have been conducted.

Performly makes it possible to gather feedback from different employees

The performance of employees can be evaluated based on their designated roles, skill set and assigned tasks level and quality of completion.

Performly also makes it easy to pay employees since the process can be automated.

Learning to use Performly requires either past experience with other similar software or time to learn the different features and functionalities present.

Performly helps us to manage employees and engage them to ensure that they are able to deliver to the best of their abilities as per their designated roles. It also helps to evaluate employee performance to establish whether they are underperfroming and why, creating opportunities for improvement and growth.
