There’s very little to dislike! Occasionally, there’s a slight learning curve for new users unfamiliar with online proofing tools, but PageProof provides great tutorials and support to help. Once you get used to it, the platform feels seamless and truly enhances the review process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
PageProof has been a fantastic addition to our internal systems and processes. It’s easy to use, intuitive, and does exactly what we need. The onboarding experience was seamless, and the team at PageProof were always on hand to support us with any initial issues—a special thanks to Callum for his help.
Within a short period, it became part of our daily workflow. Although we initially brought it in to replace Adobe Workfront on a few accounts, we’re already rolling it out more widely and seeing clear benefits.
The pricing model is straightforward and offers excellent value for money. It’s helping us to streamline and standardise our proofing and amendments process across the business.
As a multi-platform content agency, PageProof supports not only our regular print magazine titles but also our digital output—including video, podcasts, and e-newsletters Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike is the way comments are highlighted when a 'print sheet' is created and downloaded. I would prefer this to be clearer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
PageProof has transformed how we handle reviews. It's incredibly easy to upload files, assign reviewers, and gather pinpointed feedback in one secure place. The clean interface, organized version control, and integrations with existing tools have made our creative and approval workflows faster and more efficient. It removes the chaos of back-and-forth emails and keeps feedback visible and actionable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Managing multiple proofs still feels manual. There’s no option to assign owners or make updates across multiple proofs at once — every change has to be done individually. Also, moving several proofs into one collection should be easier with a bulk move feature. Adding more bulk editing capabilities would massively improve productivity for teams handling high proof volumes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that my team can easily mark up proofs for the editor/designer, and review past proofs side-by-side. I love that I can track multiple routes and have visibility to where they all are in their process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Just a few things could use improvement, such as being able to smart compare when the file is not exactly the same dimensions; being able to see the notes I send to editors after they have been sent; improved search capability; being able to choose a priority setting for specific proofs. I like how everything is in one spot vs going through a mass amount of emails and losing projects. It has helped me a lot in tracking things down. The integration with Monday.com is a lovely feature too that we utilized at my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not a PageProof thing really but a user thing. When others that don't know how to use the system and I send them the share link via PageProof. They just download the document and make edits on the PDF vs PageProof. Some people are just afraid of change. How can I make this easier on my company when sharing Proofs with reviewers? The most useful feature for us has been version history and the compare tool. Being able to reference comments on a previous version, to recall specific feedback, and compare edits between versions has really reduced the number of versions we end up with, and the number of mistakes has been drastically reduced. Customer service is also fanstastic. I get responses quickly and almost always have any issues rectified or explained. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I would change is the functionality of the Asana integration. It would be great if the functions could be adjusted based on agency needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm a freelance French translator. I would get sent proofs in English to translate into French. Pageproof was extremely user friendly and easy to use. I was able to pick up on the software quickly due to the simplicity of the various tools available. The compare mode allowed me to view my new changes while comparing them to the original document on the same screen. The various proofing tools were adaptable to my needs such as highlighting text to translate or using the red pen to translate words from an image. I was able to get real time feedback from the document owner and make any necessary changes easily. The comment section allowed me to go back and forth with editing suggestions until the final product was complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I did not like about PageProof. This software was a great tool to make changes and to keep track of all my edits. I would recommend PageProof to anyone wanting an accessible and useful proofing tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The site is extremely easy to learn and from a teaching point of view the site is easy to navigate and for new users to navigate and learn. Implementation is simple and integration to systems are possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If someone does not have knowledge on the creation of workflow templates with the correct user types the workflow process runs to the end of the template and can then send the proof to all users. There are notes to list that the proof will run through but some users don't read them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to mark up specifc parts of the proof and draw your own selection is a game-changer. Edits come through so much clearer, and the controls really make proofing a breeze. We've onboarded several of our clients with PageProof and its seemlessly integreated into their workflow and easy for them to make sense of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do wish ALL the settings of the proof were editable after the proof was posted. There are workarounds, but nothing is more annoying than deleting a proof because you haeva. misinput on the sender/checklist fields. On the same note, I wish the templates were fully customizable (message/sender fields in particular). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
PageProof is an absolute game-changer for anyone in the marketing field, and I can't recommend it enough! As a marketing executive, I’ve used this app in two different companies, and each time, it has proven to be an invaluable asset to my workflow. Its one of the first things I introduce to my team when I join a new firm.
The platform simplifies everything—tracking progress, reviewing materials, and providing feedback—into one seamless and efficient process. What truly sets PageProof apart is how intuitive it is. It’s not just another tool; it’s a productivity booster that saves time and reduces the back-and-forth emails that often plague creative projects.
The commenting feature is brilliant—it allows me to easily leave clear and actionable feedback, ensuring my team can address changes without any confusion. Plus, the ability to track revisions in real-time ensures that we’re always aligned and moving forward.
PageProof has not only enhanced collaboration within my team but also empowered me to manage projects with confidence and precision. Whether you’re in marketing, design, or any field that requires teamwork and feedback, this app is a must-have!
Kudos to the PageProof team for creating such a powerful and user-friendly tool—I can’t imagine working without it now! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not a deal breaker but was hoping there was a way to retrieve deleted proofs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
