1. Daily reminder emails: Even while I was on an extended medical leave, in hospital after a major surgery, or in bed the past ~3wks recovering (& still ~3wks to go), I have been able to stay up-to-date on what is going on with my social connections & client activities, even things like birthdays/events, (& even if I haven't been able to act on them), I can least can still have that information to go back to & follow up on those activities, connections, leads, etc I missed during that time-frame..& have a record of it in my email as well.
2. "Automated" social network integration: Like with EVERYTHING..& ties into the emails mentioned above..all in one place I can see all of my client (& potential client) engagement on all of my social networking (personal & business) streams! Kick-ass.
3. Great customer service & support (including VERY response on social networks..duh! ;) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing yet, but I'm still really beginning to play with many of the more intricate features & start to customize..as I've a background in database design, So I do have a vision of some the things I need & want for my business..I.e. customization for specific tracking of product samples handed out for follow-up, as well as multiple types of clients & related follow-up needs..(as I need to improve this area of my business)..& hope that having it all finally in one place will allow to focus on who/what needs a response that day/week/month, versus trying to guess/remember. Reflection after 7 years of use: Nimble was easy to learn, use, and customize for my purposes. Though I'm not in sales (in a non-profit) I do need to keep track of my contacts, and Nimble's customer service helped me adapt it accordingly. Excellent search functionality, and the Group Message feature is the best. The 'tag' feature is brilliant and I use it all the time. Great app! Customer support is always ready to help! Since I"m not in sales, some of the prominent features are not relevant to me, i.e. 'lead' info. The in-browser widget is often buggy, and regularly does not attach the contact's picture to the contact even when there clearly is a profile pic on LinkedIn, FaceBook etc. Also, when Nimble 'suggests' that your contact might be the same one on various social media platforms, you must click each one to go to their profile before you you can know if that's one the same one. I love how easy it is to sort through the contacts and how I can use tags to separate them. It makes finding and categorizing contacts o much easier and has made my job SO much easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike about Nimble is the limit it sets on how many people I can reach out to, and sometimes, it sends the same email twice to contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that Nimble populates contacts' social media accounts for you, and that I don't need to write, rewrite and constantly rewrite 'Tp Do' lists, because now Nimble's 'Activities' facility does it fo me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish towns and states were pre-loaded in their respective fields in a drop down in the same way that countries are in the country field. Same re the country codes of phone numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using Nimble in my Sales role for about 10 years. I have used it daily during the peak of my sales efforts and monthly as i moved to more a lead generation role. It was easy to setup and integrate with my Outlook email and has been so easy to use and it was quick to learn. Along the years even my assistance have called me at their new jobs asking me about how to get it for their new boss. When i do want to learn about a new feature the Customer Support folks are so quick to get back with me. I use the chat feature which is very effecient for a fast moving role like I am in. It's a bit of a new and evolving feature so I am sure it will improve over time but the mass email automations are still lacking some of the fancier features available in other products. But the core features of Nimble are solid and very helpful in growing my sales funnel and closing deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ability to bring together different Social feeds so i can research people before meetings. Also love the ability to not have to type anything into Nimble, the Chrome plugin allows me to pull the data in, which saves so much time and supports all the team using the CRM. ..... Not sure if i should say this, but Nimble have been brilliant at taking our requirements and building them into thier standard product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've used many a CRM and I have to admit there is nothing I really dislike about it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simple to use, easy to set up work flows and sequences. Very helpful back-end support. Learning tools and online library grows weekly! Very cost effective system to have and uses, where you are not penalised for users or data base size.
Very simple to import data from other systems and clean up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the functions have current limitations but as the system the Development team are always releasing updates. This will help Nimble compete directly with Hubspot and sales Force. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nimble's integration with Outlook makes it super easy to import contacts. The Workflow and Deals page is very simple and differentiates itself from cumbersome and large CRMs from MS and SF. If you just want a simple UI to create, track, and keep on top of opportunities, Nimble is the way to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My clients require me to use SF and MS Dynamics CRMs. Integration with these CRMs (MSD) such that my deals could transfer over. Just the basic info on a woerflow so I dont have to re-enter all the basic info.
Also- sometimes unrelated emails linked to contacts on different deals/workflows get pulled into the Deal/Workflow of interest. When I have multiple deals or workflows with same contact, both contact history and emails are on multiple deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The graphical user interface and intuitive layout. It's quite powerful although simple and is designed for non-technical sales and business people. I use this for five hours every day in the business week. I was a gold mine software user back in the 1990s when Act was the 800 pound gorilla and gold mine was a far better product. Nimble has the same kind of cleverness to it and that should not be surprising since it has the same founder as gold mine. I think of it as gold mines going into the cloud and simplified. I do not use any of the integration so I cannot comment on that and it seemed to be quite straightforward in terms of ease of implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although the tech-support is quite good it's not live human beings it's through chat but it's chat with a real person and they're very helpful. Hello hello good yeah I'm fine I don't need any healthcare I'm Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a business professional I believe business is built on relationships and I make it my business to build them!
Thanks to Nimble, doing so, is simple and easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only hiccup I periodically encounter is the syncing with third-party apps.
Anytime I encounter this hiccup, Customer Support is readily available to assist! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been a Nimble user for 3+ years now, and just getting to the point where I was brave enough to create a automated workflow. I am definitely regretting not doing it sooner. It has changed my life and created opportunities for me to have more time, and better communication with my clients and prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some weird bugs to figure out with regard to syncing issues when multiple users are on the account and why we could possibly be getting different results. Totally could be user error, but it has come up a few times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
