What do you like best about Membrain?

I use Membrain every day - its a great CRM! The Task setting feature is something I can't live without.

Intelligent integration across related projects - removing a contact from a company in one click updates all related projects.

Its easy to create and implement a repeatable process for each client. You can also automate workflows to run on autopilot.

Easy to use and the Membrain customer support team are always quick to respond and super helpful.

What do you dislike about Membrain?

The email feature needs some UX/UI help - theres no undo button and the fonts get all weird when you copy paste from a difference source - even if you paste in a way that matches the destination style.

Would also be great to add some more email formatting options like what is available in Gmail - e.g. newsletter style etc.

The calendar feature needs a few tweaks to make it more user friendly - especially with recurring invites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Membrain solving and how is that benefiting you?

Membrian is my second brain - as a Client Services Manager it is a wonderful system that I can offload my brain into and easily delegate tasks to my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Membrain?

I'm a new Membrain user, but I've been impressed by how quickly I was able to get up to speed with the Membrain product. Membrain's product design (everything looks polished vs. pretty mainframe for other CRMs). They offer a Kanban sales structure that I thought I didn't need, but that's turned out to be helpful in pushing for a close at the right time and gathering the right information. Very different from what I've used elsewhere. And I like the product's ability to visually display the corporate structure and relationships inside a big organization, isolate naysayers, and grow revenue within divisions easily.

Also - super helpful pre-sales, and I'm impressed with their setup allowing use of the product up to a limited number of records. Makes getting started easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Membrain?

I've been super pleased with the integration of Products, and am hopeful it'll add features like showing Unit Price, allowing section subtotals, etc. They do have a helpful Oneflow integration which I'm exploring, which does offer these features (but at a higher cost for Oneflow). What problems is Membrain solving and how is that benefiting you?

Membrain is helping me clear a substantial backlog of cold and warm deals, for an insanely great product that hasn't had a lot of sales followup. And it accomplishes this with an interface that's fun to use and doesn't feel like I'm working in a mainframe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I just have some ideas on how to make it better.

1. I wish there was a copy button, like if I hover over an email address or phone number or contact name it would copy it so I can paste it into a different form I am filling out.

2. I wish addresses were 10000 times easier to enter. It takes forever

3. I wish I could take a picture of a business card and it would enter it automatically

4. I wish the app could be used on Android

5. I wish i could put a custom signature in the emails

6. I wish I could import info from industry select-for Free

What do you like best about Membrain?

Where to even start? How about starting with the fact that the biggest pushback to company-wide sales CRM adoption is the inability to demonstrate its value to the user?

Consider the difference between having the vision of growing a sales team and actually growing a sales team. It's a huge gap. Membrain bridges that gap by bringing every sales improvement and enablement effort into the world within which salespeople live every single day.

One of the most important requirements of a sales manager is to present a staged and predictable pipeline forecast to senior management. In a single sales world, Membrain is able to bring relevance to training, coaching, process, and methods together to create ever-higher degrees of confidence in every prospecting, sales, or account management opportunity. In real time, this creates an accurate picture of the overall health of the sales organization.

What do you like best about Membrain?

Membrain is so apt to ensure sufficient handholding to Salespeople on the field; Sales Managers can now filter down and double click on the areas where there are challenges that need to be addressed to move the needle on specific deals and help their teams to accelerate deal velocity; Sales Leadership can very conveniently get the most accurate forecasts,, something that is unimaginable to do on any CRM tool / solution available on the planet including the big names viz. Salesforce, Hubspot, Soho and other solutions and tools with tall claims. Membrain has nailed it !! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Membrain?

I like the visuals in seeing status (active engagements in red, my outreach in blue) so I can instantly scan and decide on priority for follow ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
