What do you like best about MavSocial?
I think one of the aspects that is sometimes missed, when evaluating tools, is the people element. True, a tool may "technically" work with even a "bad" team, but it is my belief that those exceptional tools are ahead of the rest because of the people behind the tool. MavSocial is no exception. CEO/Founder Matthew Holden is the "real deal." So are other team members, like Chris Hodgeman. In interviewing Mr. Holden for our show(s), I was struck by how personable he is and how approachable. With my psychology background, I can easily see that that is a key factor in success for any company and MavSocial is getting it right! Simply put, if the people on the team are listening to feedback and engaging with their fans, the tool will only get better with time. That is the case with MavSocial. Already, the tool is unique in 3-5 areas, offering key functionality that is not offered elsewhere. Add to that the team behind the tool, and the only direction that MavSocial has to go is up (and up and up). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about MavSocial?
I really can't say that there is anything that I dislike about MavSocial. I realize that this is a requirement for a proper review, but MavSocial is really so easy-to-use and addresses the pain points that I have. (Ironically, that was the same terminology that Mr. Holden used in the interview, was addressing those "pain points" of the customers.) Also, "dislike" is a strong term. What do you like best about MavSocial?
Mavsoical has been a game changer to our business, which manages over 300 social accounts and 300 Google profiles. While it allows you to post to multiple profiles simultaneously, the true power of this platform is that you can slice and dice your locations into as many different groups as possible to uniquely create content for each location.
Bulk Facebook ads are also another great feature to help manage multiple locations. I can set up around 300 Facebook ads in under 10 mins and see it all in native Facebook straight after. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about MavSocial?

What do you like best about MavSocial?
It is a perfectly integrated, user-friendly and really helpful tool specially if you’re one of those people who had to handle multiple brand pages over several different platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MavSocial?
I most appreciate the holistic view of post creation that indicates what content will be the same, as well as the quick and easy way that a creator can differentiate a single post or platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With the UI's small text and other indicators, it's hard to know if you've accidentally changed something, such as the editing process to a single platform (rather than all together as desired). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MavSocial?
Many competitors charge per business location; MavSocial charges per connected profile, which makes much more sense if you have many locations with only one or two profiles. The team has also been great at considering our feature requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much! Experience has been great. Hong Kong-based team can sometimes mean delays or awkward times for calls/meetings, but they are also great at accommodating our schedules even if it means late nights or really early mornings for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MavSocial?
