What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage?

The usability/interface of the product can be confusing for new users of Marketo. It takes a few months for folks to get ramped up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Adobe Marketo Engage:

It works best with SFDC. If you have another CRM, I would definitely speak to other users of Marketo and that specific CRM to make sure it works nicely. Make sure you have budget to get folks training...the jump start training was very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Marketo Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving our lead scoring problems. Before we used to send all leads to sales, now with lead scoring we are sending higher quality leads. We are also able to funnel folks into nurture programs based on actions they take on our website, webinars etc. We can then easily see their engagement based on easy to use visual reporting for the nurture campaigns. Their new version of forms is top-notch and responsive emails and landing pages. Previously, we'd have to built out the pages to be mobile compatible. Marketo just makes the pages so their automatically mobile ready. This mobile ready capability saves us a ton of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The automated email campaigns were the best and really helped my business. Will recommend everyone. Nothing. The only thing which was difficult was the learning curve, it had a learning curve initially I made a few mistakes in email campaigns and got a lot of errors but once I got hold of it everything become rather easy but with their tutorials and multiple ways to help I was able to got a hold of it easily. What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage?

The automations. Saves me a lot of time and I like to be able to automate boring tasks. By automatic by my work I can know that the repetitive tasks I need to do will get done. This enables me to focus on the larger picture with more strategic thinking and planning. Once I have my automations set up I can work on higher level things with confidence. I honestly can’t think of anything that was that bad. I guess the AI tools always didn’t work exactly how I wanted them to. But there wasn’t many downsides that I can think of with using the software. My company used it for awhile on several different initiatives and I don’t remember having any problems. The main problem it solves is the time sucks in marketing that are repetitive and take too much time. With the automations and the AI tools I’m able to get work done faster or automate it totally out of my workflow which allows me to focus on more strategic level thinking. I have been use Marketo now for over fice years and I have seen just how far the tool has come since beginning my working career. It is fasinating just how quickly Adobe adapts and changes with current trends. The layout makes it easy to use and navigate. Their customer support is quick to respond and help out with any issues you may encounter.
