Nothing. The only thing which was difficult was the learning curve, it had a learning curve initially I made a few mistakes in email campaigns and got a lot of errors but once I got hold of it everything become rather easy but with their tutorials and multiple ways to help I was able to got a hold of it easily. The automations. Saves me a lot of time and I like to be able to automate boring tasks. By automatic by my work I can know that the repetitive tasks I need to do will get done. I honestly can’t think of anything that was that bad. I guess the AI tools always didn’t work exactly how I wanted them to. But there wasn’t many downsides that I can think of with using the software. My company used it for awhile on several different initiatives and I don’t remember having any problems.
