I love the ability to layer items we need. For example, Jacksonville FL just received a wonderful 144 million dollar grant for the new initiative the Emerald Trail. While we are doing an affordable housing initiative we want to make sure that we are creating permanent affordability near that trail. I can elect to include the trail (via GIS Map) or not. I can show a future homeowner how close the ammentities are to our lots but when we don't need this data we do not have to busy up our map.

The basics of the program are easy to use. There are a lot of features, and everything is available at once. The customer support has been very fast and very thorough, helping with all issues I have run into and explaining how to find more advanced tools. Installation was easy and fast. Advanced features take a while to figure out and not all features are availble for the Canada Map Pack. It is slow to use on the desktop and certain things (like removing an area from a territory and adding it to another territory at the same time) can really slow down the entire program and once I had my computre crash when I tried to transfer too much at once. I can be everything you need for marketing, it was our first maping software, we got used to it in no time. Provides customer consumption data, locates everything to zip codes and visual descriptions are on point. We identified our "hotspots" and "blindspots", where to invest more, where to promote more.
