When issues arise, as they always do in any business, this fantastic platform treats customers with the respect due, not only as those who pay for service but as human beings trying to eke out a living like everyone else. Mailerlite, unlike others, harkens back to the days of a solid day's labor for a fair wage with no nonsense. But there's more. Customer service agents go well beyond what is strictly required to engage customers with wit, kindness, and a mind to help said customers learn what works for them. Not just for Mailerlite. WOW! First off, I was using Aweber. MailerLite has the same features but is half the price. Second - i had a problem with putting a simple poll into my broadcast. I submitted a ticket and got a response the next day. When the response wasn't adequate, they followed up my reply and actually CREATED AN EMAIL FOR ME that did what I needed it to do. This is the kind of tech support I want but rarely get. There really isn't any reason to go to other companies like MailChimp or Aweber (both of which I've used), when MailerLite has the same features at a better price and with better tech support. At this point, there really isn't anything I've found to dislike. Perhaps the initial setup for my email template was a bit unusual compared to Aweber and MailChimp, but it wasn't too hard to get it sorted out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MailerLite first of all offers a unified experience for managing subscribers, their subscription options, email campaigns and automations. You do not need to jump through many hooks, everything can be managed via the same user interface. Also, it offers a good free tier forever (up to 1000 subscribers). I use Mailerlite daily to send an email newsletter to my community. I like the interface of Mailerlite. I belive it is easy to use and one of the best when it comes to creating emails. I like that I had the option of using templates and as I my business grew I could switch to using my own custom html email which many platforms don't support.

Customer support is not good. I had issues with email deliverability that kept reoccuring. Mailerlite would tell me the issue was resolved but then it would break again. In terms of MailerLite classic, it cannot be beaten in terms of all the features available for affordable pricing. As I work for a small agency, I will always recommend MailerLite as the go-to platform for other smaller businesses.

This has not always been an issue, but I do not think the new MailerLite is no longer optimized for agency use. Having used MailerLite classic, the loss of features such as multiple users on a free account or having access to all your client accounts under one dashboard etc. has really made using MailerLite for our clients a bit difficult., especially since classic allowed us to use our client's MailerLite accounts, but have the ownership remain on their side.

Additionally, the lack of advanced reporting, especially towards ecommerce, makes it very difficult to monitor and optimization for our larger clients that require more extensive data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being a complete and utter NON tech head - the chat support is a major feature which drew me to your product, so far i found the support team very knowledgeable but above all.....patient! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love to be able to print a campaign report that shows my custome name as well as their email address and open/click data - i find it hard to match email addresses to my clients manually as they often dont contain the business name. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just one design feature which is the Send timing info populates below the scroll 100% of the time and I have to scroll to set the time. One thing I would like to see is if I upload my company logo and social media handles, these are automatically added to the newsletter when I select them. Some things can be a little hard to locate and I wish the drag and drop editor was a little easier to use. It would be helpful if I could hover over a section to see what it is especially. One feature I feel is missing in MailerLite is the ability to save and reuse custom content blocks. This would be incredibly helpful for maintaining consistency across campaigns and saving time during email creation. For example, being able to save headers, footers, or frequently used promotional sections would make the workflow much smoother.
