What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

This platform has some great potential and some great functionality. I love that you can see the actual companies that visit your site including contact information all in one place. The fact that that can be tied to the traffic source/attribution and even multi-touch/visitor level attribution is also very useful. A couple other very useful features are the way you can assign tasks to users and assign flagged leads to users. The other feature that deserves highlighting is the ability to set auto-filters for categorizing site visitors. For example you can set filters to flag current customers that come to your site, based on rules. This is very helpful in weeding through leads and visitors to your site. What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

This platform has some great potential and some great functionality as mentioned in the previous, "what do you like" response. But it also falls short in some areas and does not reach its potential.

I haven't found a way to upload in bulk filter criteria. For example, I'd like to just be able to upload a list (csv file?) of companies that are our clients or our vendors so they can be flagged automatically.

Also, I'd like to be able to be able to filter out current clients/vendors from all lead/visitor reports if I want to. Currently they are simply flagged with color codes, which is nice and useful, but sometimes I'd like to just not see those at all to focus on new prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've only started using this tool recently (2-3 months).

We're solving for the following problems

Difficulty engaging more leads/prospects efficiently

Difficulty easily passing lead/prospect data (leads for followup, leads' interest levels, leads contact information) from website visitors to our sales team members

Difficulty identifying leads/prospects who visit our website and attributing them to a marketing source to improve ROI on marketing

So far we've better engaged with our prospects and been able to better identify them as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are no real downsides to Lead Forensics. The only question mark is the size of the database as not all web visits have a recognised URL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lead Forensics is providing a significant lead generation portfolio which fully employs our Lead Generator. In turn this allows our Lead Generator to make new contacts and arrange meetings for the Sales Development Team. What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

As a marketing director for an online equipment auction company, finding innovative ways to understand customer behavior and improve sales outreach is always a top priority. Lead Forensics has been a game-changer for us, providing valuable, data-driven insights into our customers' buying patterns, interests, and geographical needs.

One of the most impactful features of Lead Forensics is its automation of daily trigger reports. These reports have streamlined our sales team's workflow, making it easier than ever to identify and engage with new potential customers. Instead of manually sifting through data, our team receives real-time updates on businesses showing interest in our auctions, allowing for timely and targeted outreach.

Additionally, the direct LinkedIn integration has simplified the process of finding and connecting with the right decision-makers. With just a few clicks, our team can access key contacts, eliminating guesswork and speeding up the sales cycle. This feature has been instrumental in expanding our network and improving conversion rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While the capabilities of Lead Forensics are pretty extensive, the high-touch account service has made it possible to learn and implement in a way that wasn't overwhelming. We initially discussed the goals we had as a company, and Ryan, our Account Service Rep, put together a roadmap to start implementing things. LF is now a vital part of our marketing reports and helps us ensure our campaigns are effective. I log into LF every day to gain insight to where my focus should be. The importance of knowing who is going onto the website cannot be overstated. I now rely on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Provided useful insights into the organizations visiting our website and the pages they were viewing. This intelligence (including details about the company, like size, location, and industry) helped our sales team make more informed and actionable calls. Good filtering capabilities so we can create reports based on target prospect profiles and remove current clients. Adding the plugin to our WordPress website was easy and smooth. Our client support rep was also very helpful in getting us set up and maximizing the value of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to get more out of our website. We optimized for search to improve traffic and provided gated content to capture some user information. But we felt we were missing a ton of opportunities from organizations that were browsing our site but remained anonymous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Lead Forensics allows our sales team to find warm leads to nurture and turn into sales. Just this past month, we had a rep get a sale for two units from a lead that was tied back to Lead Forensics. Our sales team can easily use this to get leads and follow up with potential customers. It is also amazing to see how it ties into Google AdWords and we can see "real-time" when users are searching for our competitors or their specific competitors products.
