I love how easy it is to create a Kudoboard for my team, or purposes. It takes me less than 5min to set up, most of which I spend agonizing over which design is the best background template to use. There are so many great one's to choose from. The 5min also includes setting up a delivery schedule, it really is the fastest and requires the least effort to set up. I currently use it as virtual birthday cards for my team members as well as to celebrate special occasions or events, like Boss's Day. I've used it in the past to manage photo-competitions for my team's Photography social group, relying on emojis to track votes for the winning photograph. Kudoboard is so versatile! Kudoboard is an intuitive and user friendly way program to spark joy - we use it often to wish individuals at our company a happy birthday. There are ways to do a collective board where multiple people contribute or one where a singular person can just send a message. Overall, it is easy to use because of our single sign on with Google. We are a fully remote company, so passing around a card doesn't work. I love that everyone has a chance to write a personal message and easily attach a gif or photo to enhance to delivered product. I do not like how it uses ** for previously used emails. For example, we have a lot of employees with the first name starting with c and last letter of their last name is s, so it looks like c****s@root. I can't go through and verify that I've included everyone. I would love to be able to create a group so I could just add all the emails I want by adding a group and then deleting the person that it's for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've had great experience with Kudoboard! It is easy to set up and invite contributors. It is also very easy to order the hardbound book. A number of my peers also use it. Recipients in my organization have reportedly loved receiving the digital board with all the messages from their friends and colleagues. It's easy to setup, cheap to establish for a midsize team, and has a good variety. We have used this many times. I have created kudoboards for sympathy, new baby, and for folks who left our work group to wish them well in their next adventure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there was a way to have a full list of team members to pick from when scheduling out an email instead of using a previous list. I spend a good amount of time comparing emails and often find that when you select to pull over from the previous list, it does not always pull over every email that was previously entered. This is an easy way to recognize employees. It takes some time to setup on the front end but after it is setup, you do nothing. It auto delivers and our team loves it! I haven't had any issues where I need to contact customer support and I've been using it for about five months now. We use it primarily for birthdays but it is also good for other events as well. There isn't anything I strongly dislike about Kudoboard. There are things I wish it had though. I wish I could create a template where when I create a board, I can select the teams I want to invite to it and select who it is for within that team (kind of house an address list within it). I would love for it to auto send/ create things if I enter birthdays and anniversaries. Is it difficult for me to do these things manually though? No, absolutely not. I use this at our school to send out to the staff for birthdays and recognition days like Nurse Appreciation Day and Professional Administrators Day. It is a great way to allow all of our staff to respond with their own message and to choose a gif that reflects their personality. Kudoboard is very easy to use! I would highly recommend Kudoboard! It is very easy to find the best card for the theme for the occasion being celebrated. The delivery option is user friendly and can schedule the card delivery with ease. Easy to set up account, review and revise items.

the only dislike is the currency used for the gift or contribution portion. It is only in US dollars. Hopefully can have the option soon to choose the currency for the country you live in.
