What do you like best about Klient PSA?

Klient has been an integral part of our business processes for three years and we use it extensively in all aspects of our business. The features of platform that led us to select it are still valid - although it has extensive functionality, it is flexible and highly customisable to allow us to adapt it to our own processes. Given it's built on Salesforce it also integrates seamlessly with our other business data and processes. The team at Klient are constantly developing the platform and adding new features, and seem genuinely engaged in our success as a business, not just in our use of the system. What do you dislike about Klient PSA?

What do you like best about Klient PSA?

We started our journey with Klient about two years ago. It was bumpy at first, but we’ve got 100% adoption and closely monitor for usage compliance within PS and Sales. Better yet, our CEO now has a license, and the entire ELT gets a copy of our revenue dashboard emailed every Monday morning. So, we’ve gone from general use and limited reporting to 100% adoption, compliance monitoring, revenue forecasting and regular reviews at an ELT level. What do you dislike about Klient PSA?

What problems is Klient PSA solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to solve two significant problems. The first was to get a view of the Sales pipeline overlayed with Delivery work. I need to know what resources are required weeks or months out, and if I need to add capacity to support potential work. Klient exceeded all expectations with this. We use out-of-the-box Klient functionality that links Salesforce.com Opportunites to Klient Proposals. Doing so allows us to translate the pipeline (aka bookings) to revenue instantly. It also makes it very quick/easy to transition won deals to project teams. The second was to be able to manage a growing team of consultants in multiple regions. Again, Klient delivered via their Resource Planner. I can see who has capacity and who is overloaded and adjust in real time. I can also advise Sales when people free up to help better time new work. As with any product, Klient has built the tool to account for many companies' workflows. The customer needs someone knowledgeable about the process and willing to look for the appropriate features within the Klient community to ensure they receive the most value from the tool. What do you like best about Klient PSA?

Great solution if you are looking for a PSA that works seamlessly with Salesforce!

We're a medium size consultancy firm that's been growing quickly. As a Salesforce implementation partner, we use Salesforce intensively and after performing an exhaustive review of the solutions available out there we have decided to go with Klient.

Why, because it is a well rounded solution, built on Salesforce and it sits on our salesforce instance that we use as an end to end solution to fullfill our Marketing, Sales, Projects, resources management, etc... needs.

For a professional service company, the main challenge is to achieve a balance in the level of the team's workload. Klient PSA allows us to better manage this fragile balance in addition to having precise data allowing us to have real-time visibility and a compensation system that generates the right behaviors within our teams of consultants. What do you like best about Klient PSA?

Klient as a tool is useful for anyone who needs a PSA / Project planning. I like the fact it is cloud based although this can be challenging with limitations due to internet speed it does work well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klient PSA?

Gantt chart works but due to being browser based in somewhat clunky, would be good to have a "thick" client version for gantt charts that could then be imported Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is solving the problems of Project tracking, status and progress. Time recording, invoicing and also at some point will help with utilisation and planning. What do you like best about Klient PSA?

The transformation ! As relative newbies to the world of PSA (at the time of procurement); ‘Klient PSA’ has helped us to successfully transition and establish our PMO as a key strategic component within the business. With process automation, approval workflows and reporting sitting at the heart of this new digital capability, our teams are now enabled with Opportunity, Resource / Scheduling, Portfolio / Project, Billing and Reporting Management. The product is built and hosted natively upon the Salesforce platform which was a big ‘assurance’ plus for us during the procurement process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klient PSA?

It’s hard to position a specific dislike right now given that we have been successful in launching the core services but if I had to declare a dislike, documentation (in order to self-serve) is a little parse right now but this interim gap has been filled very comprehensively by the Klient Support team who have been excellent and are extremely responsive in providing the answers in a timely manner. Recommendations to others considering Klient PSA:

Because the product is natively built and hosted upon the Salesforce platform, the possibilities for customisation, integration and growth are pretty far reaching. As a small business, Klient PSA aligned perfectly with our business needs (no qualifying minimum licence count / monthly spend) and stood out as the perfect growth partner in accordance with our business requirements. The PSA maturity journey will always be ongoing but what really stands out the Klient customer service / care and support which wraps around it. The Klient team have established a very comprehensive customer community to centralise feedback for product enhancements. There’s a solid product roadmap (in line with most of the areas that we will be pursuing next) which provides further assurance in our investment choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

• Removing manual effort by driving operational efficiency for the teams with automated, joined up workflows from Opportunity through to Billing

• Advanced PMO reporting and analytics which has led to more accurate forecasting, planning, reporting and business decision making capability

• Scaling the quantity and quality of Professional Service engagements by implementing optimised resource utilisation ratios, schedules, tracking of workloads and by providing collaborative project management tools and features

• Reduced revenue leakage risk by implementing robust timesheets approvals, time tracking, billable and revenue reporting capabilities;
