The most helpful features of the solution is updated phishing simulation templates, tips on the latest and trending threats and vulnerabilities. The console is user friendly and can be easily navigated through. The implementation can be completed in few steps. We can reach the customer support easily and we can get the response immediately. we are using the tool on daily basis. The tool can be integrated with multiple AD. There is a feature of ADsync to sync the users to the console, here during the sync sometimes the live users are getting replaced when new users getting detected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are so many materials to choose from and they are very easy to set-up. The materials are of a high standard and very topical. There is always something that you can use for your campaign. The phishing exercise we have set-up monthly is also very useful.
Our Account Manager/Relationship Manager based in Australia have always been very helpful and always pleasant to deal with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that could be improved is the way the training emails are sent out. Most of my colleagues always ask if the training emails from KnowBe4 are legitimate because they sometimes can look like some of the real phishing emails that we get.
The phishing test mail headers on KnowBe4 are riddled with headers that obviously identify them as coming from KnowBe4 and it makes these tests easy to circumvent. It is trivially easily to just make an outlook rule for "If mail header contains word 'KnowBe4' -> move to spam" and people will never have to deal with these ever again. KnowBe4 is very easy to use and implementation was a breeze with the help of their support team. We use training campaigns on at least a monthly basis and they really are effective at raising security awareness amongst our staff. The KnowBe4 platform provides a number of different avenues for trainig and testing our staff's competency as it relates to security. Plus, KnowBe4 integrates well with our identity provider, so it is easy for our employees to access via single sign-on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't much to dislike about KnowBe4. The only mild frustration point, and this is ultimately not an issue with KnowBe4, but more of an issue with how tracking and reporting is done, is that the system tracks whether an employee clicks a simulated phishing link via a unique ID code in the link. This only becomes an issue when someone is out of the office and they have their email forwarded to other members of their department. If one of their colleauges clicks the link then the original recipient is marked as having "failed" the phishing test. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
KnowBe4 awareness helps The Escape Game team members spot phishing emails by teaching them what to look for and how to stay vigilant against cyber threats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like KnowBe4, but I wish it had direct integration with Google Workspace for a smoother experience. We are still manually adding and removing user accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's an expression, I think could be reattributed to KnowBe4. Shallow enough for a child to swim in, but deep enough to drown an elephant. KnowBe4 can be as complex, or as simple as you'd like. It easily caters to organizations of any size. Implementing new campaigns or training programs is a breeze. Now, after purchasing Egress email security, KnowBe4 has advanced integration with an additional email protection suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are few downsides to KnowBe4, and that is primarily centered on the GUI. It often takes multiple clicks to get to a menu. KnowBe4's console would greatly benefit from reduced clicks, adding to the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
KnowBe4 stands out for its extensive library of engaging, up-to-date training content and phishing simulations. The platform is intuitive, customizable, and offers excellent reporting features that make it easy to track user progress and risk levels. Our team especially benefits from the real-world phishing templates, which help build genuine awareness and reduce risky behavior. The integration with our systems was seamless, and the customer support has been consistently responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only area for improvement is the interface’s design—it can feel slightly dated in some sections. Also, managing multiple training campaigns simultaneously could be more streamlined. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall value the platform delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like all the different templates and automation that I can select. We implemented SSO and it made life convenient for our staff. We have implemented short training to educate our users. It's very user friendly for our staff members. I look forward to adding The Insider Man to our platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I forget to add users to a specific group initially it's a bit of a work around. I would like to pull up a user and add remove to groups faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
KB4 does a great job of keeping the training relevant and current. The quarterly mandatory training has been very successful in the adoption rate, and we attribute this to the interface and the content being applicable in business and their personal lives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There haven't been many things we dislike about the platform. Some may argue price, but we have had other platforms at a lower price point, but you get what you pay for. Night and day difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As an admin of the platform for a small company, under 50 employees, I like how user-friendly this product is. The dashboard has a great overview of the company and when I drill down it’s easy to see where an employee missed something, phishing email, campaign, training, etc. I can then personalize the training for the individual employee. Even with the recent update to the Risk Score, it’s convoluted and hard to use as a training or educational tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are so many more things built into this program than I ever imagines, and I am still learning what all it can do. I like the variety of training available and the prompts for ways to further reinforce our cybersecurity culture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Anything I initially disliked came from a lack of understanding about the program, and that is now being corrected. I inherited the admin position from someone who had not really dived very deep into KB4's capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
