What do you like best about Klenty?
While my overall experience was disappointing, I did appreciate Klenty's concept of multi-channel outreach, including email, LinkedIn, and calls, which, in theory, could streamline sales engagement. (but it failed to do so). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Klenty?
Klenty was unreliable and laggy, which disrupted my outreach campaigns instead of helping them run smoothly. Many features did not work as promised, and the system often felt slow and unstable. There was a noticeable gap between what was advertised and the actual product experience. Support was friendly but slow to resolve issues, which added to my frustration. What do you like best about Klenty?
Klenty offers advanced and adaptive technology at the good price to offer a tool which help you automate multiple touch points to your prospects like: Sending emails, Connecting on LinkedIn and calling them. The ticketing service of Klenty helps us keep track of issues and makes it easier for us to resolve and respond quickly. It also helps us send personalised mails.
