What do you like best about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

Ixact Contact is easy to use, easy to understand and overall, has an aesthetically pleasing interface. It is packed full of features, some of which are listed below.

Ixact Contact comes with built in email templates for drip campaigns with a set it and forget it feature, a calendar to manage all your appointments and tasks, a monthly newsletter with informative articles, and one of the best features is Ixact Contact's ability to track and monitor emails sent out. The campaign reporting feature is outstanding. It not only records how many emails you send out, but also keeps track of who opened those emails and how often. It also keeps track of bounce back stats, and more! Very detailed stats to help you gauge the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns.

The activity plans included have pre-written emails that are designed to get your message out to your prospects so they remember you when it comes time to buy or sell real estate. A business directory is also included and you can even print letters and labels.

Finally, Ixact Contact comes with a nice bonus feature, a mobile app. I like the Ixact Contact mobile app as it gives me easy access to my database. I can view my contacts, add new contacts wherever I am, make calls or send text messages to my clients, set appointments and more. Everything I can do on my home computer with Ixact Contact, I can now do with the mobile app as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

One of the features missing from this great product is the ability to segregate your contacts into groups. For example, it would be nice to be able to separate your contacts into distinctive groups such as prospects, clients, agents, etc. and then when selecting a particular group see only those contacts from that group.

Another feature missing is the ability to create an auto-response email message that is automatically sent out once a new lead comes in. A customized welcome message for an initial follow up would be nice.

Finally, an expense manager built in would be a valuable addition to Ixact Contact. The ability to calculate and track commissions and expenses including splits and referral fees would be a definite asset to this product.

The mobile app tends to load a little slowly and I found that when logging out of the app, I had to repeatedly hit my back button on my phone to clear the Ixact Contact mobile app from my screen. You are unable to simply log out and return to your phone's desktop.

What problems is IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest issue I have had was communicating effectively with my prospects and clients. Ixact Contact helps me with this by providing well written email templates and drip campaigns, all designed to get my message across in a timely and professional manner.

Ixact Contact also helps me provide value each and every month to my clients. I am able to create additional emails, often tips on maintenance issues, home and garden tips and more that my clients really like. Once I create these emails, I can then schedule them on a monthly basis to go out automatically to all my contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are shortly going to be releasing a number of new texting features, including new lead text auto-responders.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have any plans to add an expense manager feature.

What do you like best about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

I love the fact that I can find my contacts easy. I like the email campaigns, I like how easy I can add notes and quick task. Quick Task keeps me accountable on my calls and follow-ups every day. I like how I can at a glance I can see where all my contacts came from, this helps me to focus my money in the right places. Love to see my Pipeline right in the Dashboard. There are so many tools within the System that other CRM's don't have. The implementation of the programs was so easy. The Customer support is always very responsive, I use it every day for my day to day work with my clients, to put notes, schedule emails, create campaigns, track my closings and info within my clients. The ease of integration with the team was very seamless and fast. There is a small learning curve yet once you get it all moves fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

I would love to see more email campaigns and a texting feature. The email campaigns should have at maybe 12 touches for the year and at least 3-5 texts where they mention the clients that we are thinking of them. Yes, every time I teach a class at my company I recommend you as the CRM of choice. You have several great things that others don't and your CRM is easy to use, the learning curve is not that big. I took my time and I was able to learn the CRM's In's and Out's in a matter of couple days. Also the customer service line was very helpful and patient with me, the days I was studying the CRM I called several times and they would take me step by step on what the system had to offer. Also I do see how my clients are opening or not the emails I send to them, I like this feature because when they do I can call and engage the clients. All and all the system is great. I just would like to see in the future video email , dialer and text. Other than that I love this product !! You want to take it for a test drive you deserve to see all it does and all it can do for you and your business once you use it and work with it. Check it out. Nice features and a lot of bang for the buck. My daughter owns a small real estate brokerage and we were searching for a reasonably priced but robust CRM for the agents. The drip emails could be better and the number of emails allowed could be more. The monthly newsletter looks pretty blah. Navigation could be easier and better, a little confusing at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Though IXACT's CRM is highly efficient and included everything I held essential to a personal and efficient CRM, the layout of the overall site seems outdated. At times I have experienced troubles with having colleagues understand how to navigate and use the CRM due to the more outdated and bland layout. What do you like best about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

The Monthly Newsletter and the ability to edit them is amazing. Especially from a brokerage standpoint where I can help my agents customize them, or customize them as the brokerage, before my agents send them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
