This makes it a fantastic resource for our Quality Assurance team. On top of being a great tool, our support team, consisting of Mallory Capraro, Holly Jackson, and Isaac Huerta, is outstanding and makes us feel like we are their only client. We also appreciate the Invoca User Groups, where we can connect with other clients and learn how their companies utilize the software. The transcriptions really need to be improved. Especially for my business, we are a niche industry with lots of industry specific language, and our customer base is from several different regions, so transcriptions are often inaccurate and leave a lot to be desired. Invoca's Conversation Analyics powered by AI allows for deep views into customer interactions using its machine learning technology. Invoca allows to track the calls, attribute the call conversions to the campaings that drive them and results in optimum use of ad dollars. We recently implemented Invoca's affiliate pay per call module - this allowed us to track our cost per call and cost per appointment metrics in real time from pay per call program which is a huge win for the team as previusly we had to wait 6 weeks to get the cost data.
