The team at Infegy are the greatest asset - they are absolutely superb and really stand out from the account management at other competitor companies. The team is almost as invaluable to me as the tool itself! They are responsive and can often offer me solutions rather than leaving me to work out how best to answer one of my client's burning questions. Whenever I've shared feedback on the tool (either because they've asked or even just in passing), invariably it's added to a list for product improvements that actually get actioned. This really makes me feel valued as a client as I know that this is a company that really listens.
As for the tool, well I can't speak more highly of it! I've recommended it to a number of people now and everyone of them has been impressed! Not only is it intuitive, it does a lot of the analysis for you, providing at a glance reasons for spikes in mentions saving valuable time. You can also dig deeper by demographics which is invaluable to my business in market research and consumer insights. Most of the tools I've used or demo-ed in the past will just let you know what's being said, not who's saying it and the ability to filter by demographics eg parents or interest group eg coffee lovers really adds a whole additional layer of insight to the work that I do.

The dashboards and infographics make it easy to understand social conversations on almost anything. The coverage is global and includes posts from many online platforms and in various languages. The advanced search features, while tricky to learn, allow for very detailed customization. The new Starscape version is outstanding and includes AI analysis and persona building that makes interpreting the online conversation quick, easy and in-depth. In Infegy, I like how many channels are in their data set. The robust amount of sources is super impressive. I love the user friendly UI in Infegy as it makes it easy to navigate. The query function is detailed and user-friendly, letting me fine-tune searches by keywords, sentiment, timeframe, and more to get exactly the insights I need. What I like most about Infegy is that it provides great condensations of a large amount of data. Being able to see overall sentiment, themes, etc. from a query is pretty great! I don't like that the demographics section isn't reliable since it's self reported by users, makes me feel like it shouldn't even be included in the tabs. There's a ton of resources, but this time I needed Morgan's help figuring out why a StarScape query wasn't loading and she took the time to go through options making it super easy for me to duplicate on my end finding a solution to my query trouble. It is user-friendly and has many capabilities. It is easy to set up projects and queries and to make changes to them. The platform loads very fast. What I liked the most was that you do not need to connect FB,IG, Tiktok, Tw (X) accounts to get conversation from those social media networks and it brings data from those sites which is really useful when you need data from those social media networks. It has the discovery of influencers and demographic data that is helpful. The onboarding team and support are very efficient and helpful as well.
