What do you like best about Iconosquare?
Iconosquare gives a quick overall view of how my posts are performing, Latest Followers, and my "Lost" followers. That data and engagement data helps me know what the audience likes and what they don't like and the best hours of the day and the best days of the week to post my best content...let's face it, we know all of our posts can't be 10s. I save my 10s for the best time of day.

What do you dislike about Iconosquare?
My previous biggest problem was that the "Top Followers" data, in particular, was very inaccurate. Many Top Followers were missing from the output. Iconosquare seemed to fix that over the last few weeks or data took a while to populate.
The old Iconosquare used to track "Favorite Followers" and a few other bits of data and supplied us with photos to post with data that I could share on my Instagram feed. I miss some of those features, but the New Iconosquare is pretty awesome. The trade-off was worth it.
I wish the data would show how long the "Lost Followers" were following before they stopped following. I have a feeling most lost followers only follow for a short time and fall off to increase their own popularity, but I'll never know without spending a ton of time manually paying attention to the feed. It would be cool if there were some way to track what post drew new followers, or if followers came from liking a photo posted by another feed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Iconosquare?
It seems to work and our marketers are fairly satisfied with the service. Pretty easy to implement. We use it every day for multiple accounts across multiple brands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Iconosquare?
Support is not very responsive. Email support responds once daily at 2-4AM my time, and doesn't do enough to respond to/resolve the issue, so I end up having what should be a 5 minute conversation that takes 5 days. Chat support is non-existent though the feature seems to exist, or just doesn't keep US business hours. One of our accounts keeps getting disconnected for some unknown reason. Have had other accounts become disconnected only for specific Iconnosquare users and support had no idea why. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Iconosquare?
The insights available made monthly reporting a breeze at our agency. The format of everything was super intuitive and it not only saved our team time but gave deeper insights than most platforms allow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Iconosquare?
Adding new accounts was a consistent issue for me. Despite having "full admin access" on many accounts, I would run into limitations on which Facebook and Instagram pages could be filtered into the program.

In addition to having access to an instant chat, the customer service advisor who took over by email was efficient! My request was handled quickly and in a personalized manner, and I was able to find the origin of my problem precisely thanks to them. The team that helps with Iconosquare installation and when support is required provides a rapid solution. Your user-friendly interface and the KPIs you offer are great.
