What do you like best about Growbots?
Two things I like the most are:
1. Their software is really easy to use and very intuitive. They roll out new features quite often, and it's very easy to set up campaigns and report on the results. Their knowledge base is very comprehensive, and the instructions and recommendations they give you with new releases are spot on and easy to follow.
It's also nice to have an option of using both their database to find contacts, and upload your own contacts found in other sources but use their email campaign tools for the outreach.
2. Their customer success team are freaking rockstars! They reply instantly, take every question very seriously, follow up to make sure the issue is solved, and give some great recommendations about how to make your outreach better and more effective. I love that they go out of the way to help you with your goals, and make your life easier. Even if your request is a bit unconventional :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Growbots?
Not much really, some things I'd like to see in regards of functionality are:
1. Being able to cross-reference the contact list you upload from an external source with the campaigns you already ran through Growbots (as to de-dupe the list and not reach out to those who gave you a negative reply)
2. More advanced functionality to look for people in specific locations - they say that while filtering by city works fine, filtering by states doesn't.
3. Although the bounce rate is quite low and I really enjoy the ease with which you can build lists, there are some contacts that are either incorrect or left the company. I wish there was a way to mark them as such from the software, and maybe replace it with the email of the new person which is often listed in the auto response.

What do you like best about Growbots?

What do you dislike about Growbots?
UI and UX. Not very intuitive and they don't have a training video series or anything to help you through the learning curve. The blog posts are okay but something more robust for training would probably alleviate a lot of questions handed off to customer service.
More substantially is the cost - you get charged everytime you add a new email so it's not very scalable, especially if one email gets put on a black list and can't be used for a couple of weeks. We are going to look at incorporating Instantly so we can add as many emails as we want without paying $700+ a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This price is so much more than services like Appollo, Reach Hub, Seamless AI, and many more. No free trial, no real monthly options. What do you like best about Growbots?
Growbots is the best tool for email automation and gives you warm leads. This software is automated, which reduces your time searching contacts and sending emails one by one. You can run many campaigns at one time. The staff is outstanding and responsive. They are always available to help you out and answer queries in a short time. I have run two campaigns and am pretty happy with the overall performance and results. I recommend everyone to try this software if they want to scale their business to the next level. What do you like best about Growbots?
I like how I am able to generate prospects and automate emails to them all in one place. That in addition to customizing each email even though it's automated. I also love the new search filter for investments/series. It helps us target companies more specifically. I love that they keep the bounce rate under 10% as well. What do you dislike about Growbots?
I wish I was able to filter by technologies that the companies I'm targeting use. As we're a data management tool, in order to target companies, we would need to know what kinds of BI tools they're using. Although I like the ability to creat lists and send emails, I would like a better reporting function with flexibility and real-time dashboards that you don't have to run.
