It does not have a Do not use future, only a do not contact for email. Should be clear when a candidate we have talked to and had a bad experience with is a DNU.
I dont like when your browsing applicants you can not continue past 30 resumes. i dont like when you merge a duplicate profile that it brakes the search to tab through the 30 candidates.
You cant search numbers really in greenhouse, it has to be a specific format or it wont find it, even then with correct numbers often it wont find it.
Search partial names and most of the time it wont find your candidates.
duplicate profiles pop up all the time and they just use a different email but they stem wont show as duplicate profile, greenhouse should have a way of identifying if resumes are similar based on a name.

It's one of the best, most streamlined and user-friendly ATS I've used. The interface isnt overcrowded, everything you need is easily accessible, you can customize as you need.
The implementation roadmap makes the whole process a breeze and it's easy to get support as needed. Their chat feature is 10/10.
Being a TA manager, I use the platform daily and it helps me stay of top of my multiple positions. It also makes collaboration with hiring managers and other interviewers much easier. Another thing-- I *LOOOVE* the Pipeline view to quickly move through a high volume of applications, and I love that now you can see the custom application questions at the top.

Some tools integrations you have to refresh regularly which can get annoying, also the reporting isn't as robust as say Looker or another actual reporting tool. We love that it has a lot of customizability with an interface that is easy to learn and work within.
