What do you like best about Greenhouse?

What do you like best about Greenhouse?

I like that it will track applicates per job posted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Greenhouse?

It does not have a Do not use future, only a do not contact for email. Should be clear when a candidate we have talked to and had a bad experience with is a DNU.

I dont like when your browsing applicants you can not continue past 30 resumes. i dont like when you merge a duplicate profile that it brakes the search to tab through the 30 candidates.

You cant search numbers really in greenhouse, it has to be a specific format or it wont find it, even then with correct numbers often it wont find it.

Search partial names and most of the time it wont find your candidates.

duplicate profiles pop up all the time and they just use a different email but they stem wont show as duplicate profile, greenhouse should have a way of identifying if resumes are similar based on a name.

What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Greenhouse?

It's one of the best, most streamlined and user-friendly ATS I've used. The interface isnt overcrowded, everything you need is easily accessible, you can customize as you need.

The implementation roadmap makes the whole process a breeze and it's easy to get support as needed. Their chat feature is 10/10.

Being a TA manager, I use the platform daily and it helps me stay of top of my multiple positions. It also makes collaboration with hiring managers and other interviewers much easier. When they release new features, I find they're well thought of and on point. The AI feature is great and helpful to pinpoint relevant candidate more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Greenhouse?

The admin side is a little more chaotic, it would need a little more TLC to be easier to figure out.

Adding more "preview" options while customizing would be great also.

Improving quality of the French translation is needed.

Adding a Microsoft Teams integration would make it much better, just like their Slack integration I've used before.

The integration with Bamboo HR is not working great, but I believe it's due to issues on the Bamboo side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Greenhouse?

Greenhouse has completely transformed the way I manage recruiting. It makes my life so much easier I always know exactly where I’m at in the hiring process, what I need to do next, and nothing ever falls through the cracks. Everything is beautifully organized, from candidate communications to interview feedback, and it all flows seamlessly.

One of my favorite features is the reporting. It’s honestly amazing. I can pull all the stats I could ever need in just a few clicks pipeline health, time-to-hire, source quality, you name it. Whether I need a high level overview or a deep dive into specifics, the data is right there and super easy to use.

What do you like best about Greenhouse?

I've used Greenhouse every day for nearly 4 years.

I sincerely appreciate how user-friendly the interface is and have really enjoyed some of the recent time-saving upgrades.

Another thing-- I *LOOOVE* the Pipeline view to quickly move through a high volume of applications, and I love that now you can see the custom application questions at the top.

The historical data is irreplaceable. Very helpful to see a candidate has applied previously and why they were not selected/ whether we want to talk to them again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Greenhouse?

One small thing-- when a candidate applies in one role, but you want to move them over to another position that is a better fit- that experience is a little clunky. Information can get lost. No bueno. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Greenhouse?

Greenhouse is easy to navigate and has great integrations with necessary apps. We find it easy to train on, especially with the help tools. We are able to use the recruiting side as well as the onboarding side to keep all new hire processes streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Greenhouse?

We wish there were better reporting, that would include better views on time reqs were opened then closed, number of candidates, start date, pay range, etc in one report. Easy platform to have all applicants in one spot and to collect documents, offers are being sent through the Docusign implementation, we all have a good view of needed items. In most cases, some Applicant Tracking Systems only offer limited functionality for external recruitment. However, our company operates on a global with multiple global stakeholders. Furthermore, our company has varying recruitment needs, to include internal/external recruitment and hiring events. Greenhouse being an all-in-one platform makes managing these different needs simpler. What do you like best about Greenhouse?

Greenhouse houses everything you need to make your interview experience successful for both hiring teams and candidates. There are customizations, templates and reminders to help make your process unique, and focused on diversity at every turn. It's a great all in one tool for recruitment teams. You can find reporting functionality for any part of the process, and honestly they are always coming up with new reporting features! What do you dislike about Greenhouse?

Some tools integrations you have to refresh regularly which can get annoying, also the reporting isn't as robust as say Looker or another actual reporting tool. What do you like best about Greenhouse?

We implemented Greenhouse about three years ago- and compared it against several other options but decided on Greenhouse based on value and the many integrations they offered. We love that it has a lot of customizability with an interface that is easy to learn and work within. I love that they make it easy to make their product work for your hiring team, while also encouraging good habits and good record-keeping. They are open to ideas for improvement and added functionality, and I especially appreciate how proactive they are about sharing their product roadmap. What do you dislike about Greenhouse?
