What do you like best about Demandforce?

It integrated well into our website and made it easy for clients to request appointments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demandforce?

Demandforce would often text our clients the wrong times for confirmation messages.

For example if the client was receiving a haircut booked at 1pm followed by a conditioning treatment booked at 2pm (but all on the same ticket), it would text them with a confirmation of the time the treatment was starting of 2pm, not the time the whole appointment started at 1pm. Clients were getting confused and upset by this and would call daily to complain. We called both Daysmart and Demandforce for a fix for this and we were told nothing was wrong and the system was functioning perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Demandforce solving and how is that benefiting you?

None. We no longer use any text/communication features and we have transitioned to another booking system. Once we have a new way to accept appointment requests, we will no longer be using Demandforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Demandforce?

What do you dislike about Demandforce?

DemandForce does not have their act together. I signed up 6 weeks ago and still do not have a working email platform.

1 - We have more than 10k patient records in our practice management software and only 600 would show up in DemandForce as "active". The rest were showing up in the "deleted patients" bucket. Even after their tech restored them from deleted, they were automatically moved back into that status.

2 - There is no suppression list capability. We no longer take a Medicaid insurance, which was a large chunk of our patient base. EVERY other email platform on the planet has a suppression list function where you can avoid emailing specific people who have opted out of your mailing list. DemandForce couldn't even do this for us on the backend.

3 - Their SMS capability would only filter down to patients who have come in during a specific time period. There is no segmentation allowed and no filtering out people who you wouldn't want to be messaging (i.e. the dropped insurance or people who have requested that you don't contact them anymore).

It took a month to do a ton of troubleshooting with their tech to understand what records were missing and then the system deleted them again.

We didn't need the patient reminder or recall capabilities as we are using Weave, which overlaps in capabilities. For 1/3 of the price, we can use a full functioning email platform WITH a suppression list capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As algorithms and companion software changed and was modified, Demandforce failed to follow suit and keep up with the needed changes to deliver what they initially promised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Make sure that before any contracts are signed, you are fully aware of the capability to perform the desired tasks and the ability to adjust and evolve into what the market changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At the initial time, the only two tasks required from Demandforce were to aid in confirmations and provide an avenue for clients to provide reviews on an existing platform. They continued to perform the confirmation task; however, as an ever-changing market evolved, they could not keep up or even maintain what was initially promised. I love the texting patients feature. It’s my favorite part of demand force also how it shows all of our reviews in one spot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Demandforce?

I like how simple it is for our customers to leave reviews of our business. Following their visits, they receive an email about leaving a review. I also find it extremely helpful that this system sends reminders for appointments and also gives the person the option to confirm or cancel the appointment. It also sends the appointment reminders based on their communication preferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are solving problems that we have had with people forgetting about their appointments. This is increasing our rate of patients showing up for their appointments and decreasing the number of no shows. What do you like best about Demandforce?

What do you like best about Demandforce?

I love that it gives the ability to reach so many customers with minimal effort. It is also pretty user-friendly and can offer a ton of helpful information to track data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Demandforce?

Reminders, reminders, reminders. I love them. Clients love them. It's the most utilized feature. 2 way texting is also a real game changer in getting valid responses to client inquiries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demandforce?

I wish they has SMS only campaigns. You get a much better read through and response rate to a text, even if the emails are built to be agile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
