i used Contify's tools while working for my previous organisation. It was primarily used to create a detailed analysis of our competitors across the globe. At the time, we hadn't experienced anything like Contify before. Coming out of the world of secondary research from untrusted sources and excel sheets into Contify's real time data feeds and awesome visualization tools was a welcome change. The combination of machine+human layer of data/content curation ensured that there was a very low probability of irrelevant data/ content creeping into your feed.
This really improved our efficiency and we were able to dish out much more reliable research reports in a shorter period.
What's more impressive was the real time support from the Contify team. Since it was the beginning of the relationship, Contify's team (including CEO Mohit and their marketing experts) had weekly calls with us to learn about any issues we were facing. They were also very open and receptive towards any improvements we suggested and we were able to get a higly customized tool fit to our requirements.

There was nothing much what we disliked. At that time Contify was really new and evolving. What they are offering currently is highly evolved and much better than the tools we used. But i guess that's the disadvantage every early adapter has to face. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Contify for more than 1 year, and it has proved to be a great investment for gaining the right intelligence insights to support our sales and strategy efforts.
We get detailed and specific insights on the key accounts in which we’re engaging in deals, helping improve relevancy in sales pitches and efforts.
All the strategic information on key accounts, such as their partnerships, new product launches, M&As, and more, are delivered with quick summaries directly as alerts.
One specific capability that I really liked is posts and insights from key executives LinkedIn activity is also provided, helping to engage with accounts at both business and individual levels.
We are also monitoring our competitors, and the highly contextual AI insights that can be accessed on the platform make it very easy to stay on top of each development without much effort.
Capabilities in tools make it very easy to collect as well as analyze intelligence data. Features and content are much more powerful, as compared to Crayon.

Not faced any major issues as of now. Platform has a learning curve of its own since there are so many features available. Earlier, we faced the issue of less adoption outside our PMM org for the platform. It used to be primarily end deliverables like newsletters and battle cards, which were consumed. However, Contify released a chatbot, which increased the adoption of multiple teams since they can get the answers quickly now and don’t have to pass through the learning curve.
