What do you like best about CELUM?
Besides unifying the lots of different asset stocks and speeding up our content delivery, we were positively surprised by the many features Celum offers, on HOW the content is shared. The PIN-Links, the hyperlinks, the Smart Views, the Contentland, it seems like Celum has always the best solution for every requirement. Our sales teams in particular love the new ways they can get sales documents, for example from marketing. And the search function is very powerful and allows you to provide even complex search queries within a very short time. This helps enormously in daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about CELUM?
The user interface is not necessarily modern, but functional. It is a pity that there is no possibility to create versions of two assets that are already in Celum. I hope this will be fixed very soon. Workrooms' workflow tool is quite nice, but offers too few customisation options and runs too slowly in our system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CELUM?
Our CELUM ContentHub has an easy search based on multiple keywords to get accurate results thanks to high data quality of assets. It is web based, 24/7 available around the globe. Our CELUM ContentHub has various powerful rendition options when downloading assets and it is possible to grant access for external users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about CELUM?
Our users report from time to time that the intuitiveness of the CELUM ContentHub could be improved (we are currently using Celum 5.13.4), especially if used only once per quarter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CELUM?
Celum offers a perfect fit for our internal customers needs and also from an IT point of view regarding its architecture and maintainability.
The user interface is easy to handle although it offers multiple options for customization/configuration. Adaptions to the data Modell can be done quite easy without the involvement of developers.

What do you dislike about CELUM?
Some internal customers would need more detailed analytics in regards to the usage of the stored assets. Celum offers only a basic functionality when it comes to usage reports although additional data would be available within its database.
The data delivery methods (PIN link and SmartView) should have an offline option to use its capabilities even during downtimes of the ContentHub (e.g. maintenance window). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CELUM?
Celum DAM overs us the possibility to integrate all our systems like PIM, CDN und e-commerce solutions. The centralized data housing offers a huge advantage in areas like assembly of our webshops as well as the creation of catalogues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about CELUM?
Unfortunately does the version that we currently use (Celum Imagine 2015.1.2) no option to provided assets through a portal. Furthermore do we miss the possibility to lodge the terms of use of the assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CELUM?
Our implementation of celum's digital asset management platform was painless and genuinely turnkey - when we first introduced it as a solution to a chaotic landscape of assets at the University of Cambridge in 2011 we were up and running in weeks, and celum provided an attentive and practical implementation service.
The user experience has continued to evolve and is mature and highly developed. Users love it and driving user adoption was a positive process. The platform is seeing rapid growth of both managed assets and user registrations from across the University, with brand portals and several other integrations in play. What do you dislike about CELUM?
It's tough to find anything to dislike about celum's products, or the experience of working with them as a vendor. If I had to choose something it would be that their products are priced out of the reach of smaller organisations, who may be put off by the financials if not persuaded by the genuine return on investment that can be delivered. Even with an awesome product, DAM is also only as good as the processes, workflows, and metadata that a business layers around the software - those areas are often neglected and under resourced.
