I have been using Ceipal from last 8+ years and it has made our search/database/ report its so accurate and easy to pull from 1 single click. Never used anything that made life easier in the corporate world.

earlies i used search candidate in my PC's database but not just i have to search in ceipal from candidates' email id, is'nt it easy

Ceipal ATS is very user friendly and simplifies the recruiting process, And I started my carrier as Recruiter in 2023 and Ceipal is the first ATS I learned and this is my First recruiting tool I used to start learning from Job Posting and sharing to various job portals. and you can use the boolean string as long as you need based on the requirement as no limit for boolean string Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The draw back only I faced is Internal data is visible to every one in the organization and we recieve applicants of seniority level of more than 20 years even though if we choose to give the candidates of 1 -3 years of experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked admin pannel very much beacuse whenever i want to add any fileds or submissions statues it is easy to use and esay to understand also it is useful for recruitment very much while we recruite a candidate we will easy to track the candidate and will know where the candidate is like submission or interview if the client rejected we also know that one also also we used to find candidates and job postings to create filters from the begining to i used ceipal portal and in contact with support persons also till now. The pricing for the customised reports is too high and time consuming. If that can be relooked and worked on, it would be even more great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ceipal is more refined easily to use, its easy to implement the change if you do a mistake Its has different features for different work and i use ceipal every day it helps me to track my work. It cnnect different software and website that i used into one place i can connect with different candidates can do mass mailing put notes. Ceipal is the best to send mass emails to all my candidates and easy to post Jobs on job boards, and it is my favorite feather in ceipal because of how easy it is to post a job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it feels a bit slow, especially when you’re trying to search for profiles in a large Database. also apart for the job posts and Bulk Email options there are not many good options or feathers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can easily find specific candidate's details in Ceipal whenever it is required

It is little hard for me to use the Ceipal mass-mailing, I don't know how to use it

Also sometimes during the Evening time, Ceipal server is quite busy and server is low/down...... It takes quite some time to upload profiles because of this delay.

There are many features that i like few of them are its User friendly, easy acess to data, time saving, multiple filters to find correct data without any error, maintaining proper data for every job,candidate,interview,open position,job location,offer confirmation, bulk parsing feature is very useful as it saves lot of time,Job and candidate creation is also very convenient. It helps us to have acess to realtime data related to our submission,interviews,confirmation. Which helps us to achieve our recruitment targets.
