It's been super simple for myself and my colleagues to get up to speed and become power users. We've really streamlined our process over what we had before.
The newly revamped analytics & reporting are amazing too. So much great info.
Lastly, our candidates love it. We've never had candidates comment on the tool we've used before but they seem to really enjoy the experience of working with us via Breezy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Until just recently the analytics left something to be desired but that's been addressed and then some. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
664 Breezy HR Reviews
After personally deploying BreezyHR at four separate organizations, I can say with complete confidence that it is one of the most thoughtfully designed and powerful applicant tracking systems on the market—especially for hiring teams in complex, multi-role industries like dentistry and healthcare.
We’ve used BreezyHR to recruit everything from highly specialized providers (Oral Surgeons, Endodontists, and Pediatric Dentists in rural and suburban markets) to high-volume roles like contact center agents across multiple states. In every scenario, Breezy has delivered.
✅ Ease of Use: Built for Busy Recruiters
BreezyHR gets out of your way and just works. The user interface is clean, intuitive, and fast, even for non-technical users. Hiring managers are up and running in minutes, and new team members don’t require hours of training. I’ve onboarded doctors, practice managers, and support staff into Breezy with virtually no friction—proof of the system’s thoughtful design.
⚙️ Ease of Implementation: Fast, Smooth, and Flexible
Implementing BreezyHR is refreshingly easy. The configuration process is modular and logical, with guided setup tools that walk you through creating custom pipelines, automations, templates, and user permissions. Each time I’ve deployed Breezy across organizations, I’ve been impressed with how fast we were able to go live—often in just a few days, with full functionality.
💬 Customer Support: Responsive, Knowledgeable, and Human
BreezyHR’s support team is one of the best in SaaS. Every interaction I’ve had—whether through chat, email, or scheduled support—has been helpful, fast, and solution-oriented. The team listens, advises, and even welcomes product feedback. It feels like a true partnership.
🔁 Frequency of Use: Daily and Indispensable
BreezyHR is not something we use occasionally—it’s our daily command center for recruiting. We live in it: reviewing applicants, running automations, scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and extending offers. The platform handles both low-volume, high-touch roles and high-volume, high-speed pipelines with ease.
🔌 Ease of Integration: Connects Seamlessly
Whether integrating with calendars (Google, Outlook), video tools (Zoom, Teams), background checks, or job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter), BreezyHR makes connections simple. The integrations are native, stable, and don’t require a developer to set up. For recruiting operations that rely on multiple platforms, this is a major time-saver. Some minor feature limitations come with the territory of using a highly configurable platform, but they’re far outweighed by the strengths BreezyHR offers—particularly in job distribution, effortless application workflows, and the automation of screening and scheduling. These are the features that matter most, and Breezy truly excels at them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having my past job posts saved in my file for future use.
Once you know how to navigate the invite teams it's great to be able to add a hiring manger to their job post and also add a whole team of hiring members to a specific job post so the hiring managers receive the applicants as they apply.
Also being able to add templates is nice when you have different needs for the different job posts and once the templates are created you can use themn over and over again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not being able to reopen a past job post if you are hiring for the same position and reuse.
Candidates receive error message saying that they already have applied for the position and it won't let them re-apply.
There is not an easy way to separate or number the candiates once they have applied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is such a simple and user friendly platform. I was able to effectively train my team on the tool quickly and with minimal questions. We love it! Their support team is very helpful and quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't love that everything is an upcharge. I get it! This is how software companies make money, but as a user it feels discouraging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Implementation could NOT be more simple. Integrating from another ATS to BreezyHR also could NOT be more simple! The customer support is unmatched from my experience with other ATS'. I utilize BreezyHR everyday and all day long, the features of BreezyHR make candidate processes effective and communication efficient. I MUST BRAG about the BreezyHR app as well - you will not find another app that supports as seamless as the desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really don't have any criticism of BreeyzHR because I have experience with various other ATS systems and I can't find any major downsides to having BreezyHR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Keeping candidate, feedback, position and reporting information in one place is amazing! And the Chat function is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Just a few things...
1. Can't change the time of an interview (manager cannot propose a new time) - must cancel and send new link.
2. Cannot unsend emails - should use the delay function
3. For reporting interviews - the system picks up the date interviews are scheduled, rather than the date the interview happens. This makes a difference when the month changes.
4. For reporting "Hires" - If you drag a candidate to "Hired" accidentally, there is no way to remove from reporting (graphs & tables). If you export the reports (to make pivot tables or more complex reporting), you can apparently adjust the incorrect number. I just use the simple tables and graphs provided in Breezy though. I love that it is incredible easy to create templates, which makes it very easy for us to communicate directly with applicants in a timely fashion. It is incredible! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be hard to gather reports that are accurate. I would like to see reports on demographics and race, which we sometimes need at our organization for the end of fiscal years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use, self-explanatory, able to organize candidates in different pools and pipelines Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It doesn't automatically send reminders a day before the face-to-face interview, only 10 minutes before. So, we have to schedule reminders ourselves but it's okay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how much customization we can add to pools and positions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't a way to really track our hires for the month. So currently we are manually enter the information and stages in an excel file to monitor and report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Breezy is extremely easy to use and Its flexibility is one of the best features from month to month plans to extended features. I recommend and train my clients to use it even when the finish contracts with me they continue to use it. I do appreciate how fast it is to reach the customer service. Can be somewhat clunky at times but seems like they are working on fixing it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First, the user experience is straightforward and appealing. The system reads and analyses the resumes and gets a very good cleanup and formatting of the data.
It supports multiple positions and candidates, and you can customize the workflow per position.
Automatic publishing for your positions in multiple job boards including LinkedIn and Indeed.
Built-in mail/sms capabilities with nice templates that you can customize.
You can assign candidates to different team members and have internal discussions within the system.
I was impressed with the external recruiter portal and features that allowed us to share the position with our external recruiters and have them see the status of each candidate.
Auto-mail sending is also based on workflow actions, but I haven't tried it yet.
Another very important feature which I found only later in the process is the ability to set up candidate pools for future reference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since most of my candidates do not provide pictures, I found the thumbnails on the cards redundant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
