As a nonprofit with limited funds, I have to be careful with how to utilize those funds. Bitly is able to help maximize our resources better. With link shortening, we can create better social media posts that won't exceed the character limit or overall make it more presentable. We also like to the customization option for QR codes. We can change our logo, and the public has started to gain trust compared to a QR with no association. Link redirects have also been a great help. We redirect clients to a pdf and that pdf needs to be updated every other week. We have three redirects each month and that is just right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have a lot of good things to say about Bitly. I appreciate the way that I save time and stay organized through the link creator and QR codes creator. I use that every day, and it's super easy to implement into my daily routine. I also appreciate being able to delete the links that I create using Bitly, because the link is remotely deleted as well, which helps me keep my clients from stealing my product. Bitly is an extremely intuitive tool that allows our team to quickly measure traffic to different links and resources. It takes barely a minute to create a shortened URL - which always looks much neater & cleaner in our copy! Easy to use with a nice interface that makes creating the shortened links a great experience. Everything is centralised, QR codes, event landing pages, and UTMs. Great tracking metrics. It is a bit on the pricier side and the limit of links/month could be an issue if you are creating a lot of content. The ease of implementation and operation of Bit.ly allowed us to use QR codes to analyze content access metrics, and thus provide feedback to the sales team. We use bit.ly every day to see the number of accesses, perform lead capture conversions, and because it generates links, it allowed ease of integration and identification of access flows for specific parts of our website. The analytics features are very limited (covering a period of only 1 month) and to extend the period, we have to subscribe to a much more expensive plan, with many more features, which are often barely used, depending on the reality of the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I desperately wanted a way to show how our digital and print campaigns were converting. With mailers, it's nearly impossible to see how your expensive mailing led people to take the desired call to action. Using bitly links and QR codes, we can prove this with tracked clicks and conversions. This leads us to change our strategies of how to reach donors and test content and conversion options. There are a few features I haven't seen enough value in pursuing like landing page creation, while others are stuck behind an even more expensive pay wall. I love the ability to create cleaner URLs and QR codes for marketing my books, especially since I can customize the backend of the URLs I generate. Bitly has made tracking internal and external audience behavior a breeze. The landing pages have made language access more manageable for our small nonprofit without requiring huge multi-language and multiple versions of signs. Adding our logo to QR codes and custom themes to landing pages was easy to implement. It is user-friendly, efficiently works with our other tools, and is excellent for everyday use. I have recently launched a marketing intelligence agency and a personal brand that I use to promote a book, a learning community and podcast. With a variety of hats that I wear for my business and to represent others, I have a need for quick links to forms, my digital products and landing pages. When I realized the actual URLs can be very long and messy, I discovered Bitly and quickly learned how fast and efficient link creation can be with them. The shorten links make posting to social media more effect. I love that I can see the click rates and gauge when/how potential customers are viewing my listings! As a bonus it also links to other programs, like Canva which I use regularly for marketing materials. It's nice to be able to see bitly tracking from QR codes on my print materials.
