1) BigPanda aggregates data from inbound tools such as Icinga, ThousandEyes, Prometheus, Jira, and others. BigPanda’s machine learning will correlate data into a small number of actionable incidents as they are detected in real-time before they escalate into outages.

1) BigPanda still lacks the feasibility to show the alert count in a particular incident which would be very helpful to NOC and IT Ops in some instances to determine the alert count.

I am a little let down by the machine learning aspect of the Big Panda. The correlations we're getting appear to just be a large pivot table labeled out line by line. The BP team was very insightful and I like the way they organized the meeting. The free drinks were a great way to give the meeting an extra level to help bridge the gap of not having everyone in a room together. The cool thing about the meeting was that after the presentation was done some of the attendees stayed over and talked through some of their personal experiences which gave more insight about how BP is being used in different places. I like BigPanda because of its Automation capabilities, it has made it possible for us to automatically triage all incidents within our IT stack, intergration with our SOAR solution it automatically correlates all incidents, deploys relevant triage efforts and automatically employs required response and remediation actions. Because of BigPanda all incidents are identified, investigate and accurately responded to enhancing and strengthening our security while improving the genral health and performance of our applications.
