easy to recall checklists, issues (snags clean up notices etc.) and using barcodes for relating those issues and checklists to a specific area keeps everything a lot more relevant. We have over 7000 rooms on our project and using the QR codes has let us relate issues very accurately so that anyone can follow up on issues. Being able to compartmentalise the information by using the user profiles is also very useful as it means our subcontractors can focus on their own issues and it eally helps decltter the information that is presented to them while we can still keep track of the bigger picture. the larger the project the setup seems to exponentially increase (allocating locations, equipment, checklists and qr codes) the use of the excel spreadsheets to import information definitely reduces this somewhat but adding locations for a larger construction project will take a lot of time (on the project I am working on there are over 7700 individual rooms) and then associating those locations with a piece of equipment in order to create a scannable QR code doubles the time with something that is largely replicated work but you have to do so in order to assign a relevant checksheet template to a loation. It would be a boon if Revit template/project files were able to be copied to new ACC projects as part of the template. We have 7+ disciplines working in Revit and have a set of interlinked Revit files that we use to setup all projects. It would be a huge time-saver to be able to have these as part of the ACC template and eliminate the need for our support team to recreate this interlinked set of files for every new project. What I feel is the point outside the platform is the tracking of changes in documents and project plans. It allows, through the comparison tool, to review documents and plans accurately. For example, within the management of plans, the different versions of the project are maintained, and if it is necessary to revert to a specific one, the platform allows you to do so without any problem. It allows you to assign tasks in case of project incidents so that colleagues from other specialties can resolve them. Undoubtedly, it is a tool that allows for a quick response to a change, is easy to use, facilitates the visualization of engineering integration, and provides a quick visualization of conflicts between engineering disciplines. This last feature allows errors to be avoided during the construction process, enabling a quick and easy implementation of the different tasks according to the specialty. The best thing which I like about ACC is its User Interface. There are many other features which I like about ACC which are first it is a unified platform and provides connectivity with other softwares like AutoCad, Revit, BIM 360 etc. Other features are like document management, field collaboration, project management, cost management,design collaboration. While ACC platform provides numerous benefits there are still some drawbacks due to which ACC is not preferred by many. One thing which I dont like is its limitation to customization. What i like the most about Autodesk Construction Cloud is the fact that you can work in group while everyone sees your changes. Also, i really like that you can open different types of documents like word, AutoCAD, Excel, photos, rvt, etc. With that, i don't need to open a hundred apps on my desk so that i can view different types of documents.
