As a medical device company, providing high level support to our customers in effort to improve the patient experience is our primary focus. AskNicely has been instrumental in our journey to identifying customer needs and improving the patient experience. The platform is incredibly easy to navigate, allowing for easy data and metric tracking, case management and multidepartmental feedback analysis. Additionally, the integration with our CRM was incredily smooth and took very little time to set-up.

I had a really great experience with implementing asknicely. We had specific instructions and while we have an ancient CRM we still have a very easy integration to the system. The system itself is very intuitive and easy to use. I was able to set up my surveys with the assistance of their fabulous customer support and have tweaked and modified them with their ongoing suggestions and support. I monitor the surveys every day, getting feeds directly to Teams, giving me ease of access and an instant notification for when my reviews come in.

I haven't found anything, and I've had the software for nearly a year. Any time I have a question or support issue, I've been helped immediately. Issues are never showstoppers. Using AskNicely for our semi-annual NPS surveys and daily 5-star transactional surveys helps us keep our finger on the pulse of what we are doing right for our customers and importantly, what we need to do better. Good day, as a user of Asknice.ly for over four years I would have to say that the software is user friendly, this is the key for a outstanding product – simplicity. The product has come a long way as well, for my own personal and business use the different add-on new components have taken it to new heights. For example, the trend report provides me with an overview of insights to my promoters and detractors, a summary of the largest increases and what made the difference is intuitive. I would also say that creating your own survey and having the ability to change it ad hoc is a huge performance enhancement. A great product all around. Thank you! The onboarding support is excellent. They make sure AskNicely works the way you want it to and keep tweaking it until it does. Once it is set up it is easy to use and just runs by itself. It has a ton of features, many of which we don't utilize, but for larger businesses they would be very helpful. NPS is extremely important in our industry of work. Our CSMs Nicole and Zandri have provided us with a great level of support. They regularly catch up with our business to understand areas within our NPS that need assistance and provide solutions to assist us in achieving our goals.

I really like how easy AskNicely is to use and how dynamic it can be to fit the solution you are looking for. It calls out negative feedback right away so you can address it but also gives you the positive feedback as well, and keeps it fresh. Their customer service team is excellent as well. I think the only downside I see so far is that customers might be less likely to respond to an email that doesn't come from a contact they know, so it's easier for them to breeze past it. The Ask Nicely implementation team helped us in getting started and running multiple feedback campaigns for our Accounting and Human Resources teams. Seeing feedback on their dashboard helped our leadership understand who to give kudos to and who needed some more training / help with their duties. Our company had some unique use cases for their product, so they helped us with biweekly meetings and monthly checkups to ensure that we weren't missing out on any of their feature set.
