What do you like best about Apptivo?

Apptivo is an incredibly powerful and versatile software, but with so many options and opportunities, it can be challenging to learn. Fortunately, Apptivo’s customer support has never let me down! While every agent I've interacted with has been helpful, one stands out above the rest—Kal. Their level of customer service is outstanding, and their product knowledge is truly exceptional.

Unlike most agents who can simply direct me to the right page or resource, Kal can practically navigate the system for me. Their expertise goes far beyond basic website navigation—they have an in-depth understanding of workflows and best practices for my business, making every interaction seamless and efficient. When I chat with Kal, it genuinely feels like I’m speaking to the person who designed Apptivo themselves. Their knowledge is that impressive! If anyone deserves a promotion, it's Kal. What do you dislike about Apptivo?

I don't really dislike anything about it, it is just a lot to learn to fully understand it. My only complaint might be because it is so in depth, that the more i learn, the more value i feel like Im gaining, but it doesnt have the same training certificates as salesforce. So i get less credit on my resume for learning apptivo compared to salesforce. But the product and customer service is awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Implementation and integration occured late 2019-2020, and as our company develops some features that we need on our workflow can be provided by Apptivo causing as process double ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Apptivo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Apptivo mainly for business' supply chain, "Product Management, asset tracking, Inventory Management, Work Order, Quotations, Opportunities, leads, invoicing and supplier and customer management" with the use of these apps, we were able to easily navigate and browse through out our business operations and these apps also communicates with each other so we don't have to go back and forth when inputting and processing data to Apptivo. What do you like best about Apptivo?

We have had them do several custom projects for us over the years. They are quick and very thorough. Ease of use overall and quick responses when assistance is needed. Karthick has assisted us in many projects and is fantastic to work with including intergration. Their Customer Support team is quick to respond through their CHAT feature too. What do you like best about Apptivo?

It is always a wonderful feeling when you reach out to customer service and you get an individual who is amazing at what they do. That was my case today with Apptivo. Naresh assisted me in accomplishing a task that has had me stalled in the waters for months. I don't know why I dind't reach out sooner. Ina matter of minutes Naresh solved my problem. What do you like best about Apptivo?

Support experience with Apptivo has been good. They are available and helpful in answering questions, even helping out as we launched new features which were under utilized when we started out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Creating of custom views is not ideal. It can be hard to find the fields you want to add. Later on when you want to modify an existing view it can't be done. Instead you have to start over with a new view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Apptivo supports many aspects of our business. We depend on this solution for managing new and existing customer data, communication, licensing etc. New leads flow into the system from integrated forms reliably, and then we track those are they progress through our sales funnel.
