"Apparound"

The CPQ configurator is the best I tried so far. The UX is simple and friendly, a lot of features with just one touch !

Distribute marketing material in digital format, such as brochure, catalogues, video and presentations and send it by email with a simple click. Personalize the structure and the layout of the app according to your brand image.

Use the configurator to create error-free quotes, including multi-product offering, optional services, bundles, discounts and promotions. View the offer finalized during the negotiation with the customer and send it by email.

Generate a contract automatically from the offer avoiding the seller to manually copy the same data several times. Complete the contract by adding additional data and attachment. You can personalize the contract structure and layout from the Admin Portal.

The Digital Sales Room feature is a secure, centralized place, where salesreps can present their offer to customer, and actively engage them during their decision-making process. It engagement and gives salespeople the opportunity to differentiate themselves from the competition.

Depending on the eSignature provider used, the contracts can be signed directly on the seller’s device. Alternatively, customers can sign contracts easily in self-service by using OTP authentication.

I used Apparound when I worked as Sales Manager.

It was extremely pratical to have all the product info available in one device.

Before Apparound I wasted too much time to grab proper information in brochures, presentations, newsletter.

"Something you would really love"

What do you like best about Apparound?

The words are easy: increased revenues, bigger quotation size and decreased costs.

The best part is that you can scale it wherever you like, you can use it to fix your lack of sales rapresentative.

The point that I dislike more is that I would have loved having it sooner and know the solution 2 years ago! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Several times I received feedback from my management that we needed a sales automation tool to improve our offers and ensure our sales agents make a professional impression on our customers. As soon as we did the proof of concept project, , I immediately realised that this was the tool we were looking for: increased revenues, bigger quotation size and decreased costs. Sales people now have a tool to be guided trought the sales process
