What do you like best about AdRoll?

For some of my clients who tapped out their reach within the Google inventory, the alternative networks available through the AdRoll platform allowed us to tap into additional ad space in one easy to use interface.

It's great that I could manage all of my Retargeting and Remarketing strategies in one place - it made reporting quick and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdRoll?

I'd like to have more control over the specific alternative ad networks other than Facebook, Google and Twitter. I wanted to manually pull levers and see statistics on each different network other than the aforementioned but it seemed like AdRoll reps had to provide me with these directly as opposed to allowing me to pull this individually myself. What problems is AdRoll solving and how is that benefiting you?

In particular, for businesses with sensitive subject matter that I was no longer able to remarket through Google, I was able to do through some of the other networks I leveraged through AdRoll.

Otherwise as mentioned previous, not having to log into multiple interfaces for each remarketing strategy was helpful - having it all in one place is the most beneficial use to the program.

What do you like best about AdRoll?

The AdRoll platform is extremely easy to use with so many features. There are a variety of different targeting options for campaigns along with a lot of great dynamic ad formats to choose from. The platform is easy to implement and their integrations make connections a breeze. We primarily use AdRoll for clients on Shopify, but have also see success with manual feed connections. For someone who is in the platform everyday, the main dashboard is great and provides all the data you need to make decisions. Their customer support team is incredible as well from Account Managers to Technical Support. AdRoll is a must for eCommerce brands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdRoll?

I wish their were more optimizations opportunities in the platform. The only thing you can really control in a campaign is budget, goals, and audiences. I know their is a team monitoring performance, but it would be cool to have that capability as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AdRoll is a no brainer for eCommerce brands. Their integrations are so easy and seamless. We use for our Shopify clients and it makes dynamic feeds so simple. It is such a powerful platform for retargeting users and really helps to drive conversions. Not only that, but the platform is so straightforward. What do you like best about AdRoll?
