Adobe CC is helpful for designers like me who have multiple niches in terms of media. It consists of tools I need for my everyday tasks for my different clients. You don't need to create an account for each tool, unlike other software limited to one function, because one account can be used across different platforms under Adobe CC, which is a time-saver for me. Generative AI is not yet polished, especially when I use Photoshop. Additionally, there are no proper prompt guidelines on how to use it, so generating images inside Photoshop is kind of hard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Adobe for more than a decade now, from my college days and now a working professional, i never really had any training for their products but due to the vast number of tutorials online i managed to make a living out of creating social media post up to 2d animations. Being the industry standard, a lot of companies use adobe as their benchmark in hiring graphic design services, and because adobe's program is compatible to most every file format out there, you can use their product with almost anything design related projects. The only problem i have with Adobe Creative Cloud is sometimes when new updates roll out it crashes the program, mostly indesign and photoshop and it uses too much RAM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Being able to get transcript of a video and create the captions within your production period without having to go to another tool

- Large variety of exporting type of files and being able to play with the quality to adjust the size needed of the file without loosing quality

- I feel like the integration with After Effects could be better

- I wish we could have a way to compress renders for social media size requirements wich usually goes from 10 MB to 50MB but when you create a video with lots of effects and in high quality and also it's long it's hard to get to the 50 MB for example that is a constant requirement for me and I get videos of 20 min ish. There are so many features that I like about this particular video editing software. But one of the best thing is we can easily import and edit layers files from Photoshop and vectors from illustrator. Not only photoshop and illustrator but also with other Adobe tools. Currently, the AI has changed the game, it automatically reframes videos according to the platforms. One of the major downsides is its performance. It lags and crashes sometimes maybe because of compatibility issues making the editing process more stressful. Some of its subscription-based features are quite expensive which is the major downturn for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having used Premiere for 15 plus years I 'll admit there was a few times I thought I moving over to Davinci. But the last few years I feel like Adobe have really dialled in the product. I love some of the AI features they have implemented and use some of them on a daily basis (captioning, scene detect, vocal enhancer). Number one the amount of apps you get to use. Next is being able to save everything to the cloud. That saved so much space on my laptop allow everything to move as fast as the day I bought it. The versatility is why I will be keeping my subscription Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The least I would say is being able to find customer support. If you have a problem, its tough finding support, but after you do get a hold of them. They do get your squared away. It's Easy to integrate into your current work load and easy to use though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I learned video edition with Adobe Premiere Pro so of course I selected it as my main video editor, especially as I am using the whole Adobe Creative Suite. I use it every two weeks for content creation, especially for high-end quality for YouTube. I have requested not support with the tool but with payments, and the customer support was really good. If I am honest, as video channels are evoliving, and TikTok format is leading the competition and they also provide a video edition tool: Canva that has an amazing UX/UI, I think it'll be great to keep Adobe Premiere relevant by creating an option like CapCut. The ease of use, communication with the Adobe suite, and the sheer breadth of capability from simple cutting to motion graphics. From presets to animating key frames or adding effects and color grading - it has it all. I rarely need another program. I even do graphic design in it from time to time!
