Achievers allows a large company to feel more communal by consolidating recognitions based on the user's interest. It's highly integrated with the Microsoft platform, so recognitions & announcements are streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's still behind a security wall and signs you out frequently. I'd prefer to keep it up consistently, and use it via teams (right now that functionality is not easy to use). That cuts down on how frequently I use it, which is a shame Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
its a great way to spread positivity and motivation in he workplace in an easy way (digitally). the concept is really innovative and sparks joy and motivation for employees all around. plus, the inclusion of the funny gifs and hilarious images are also creating a joyful environment. i like that there isn’t an overwhelming amount of features, there is mainly only to create a recognition and respond to it. i would definitely get confused if there was too many features. i think setting up the app was a bit confusing to me so i just didn’t use it for a long time. additionally, when first using it on mobile i was pretty confused on navigation. for example, i was scrolling through my feed and all i saw was people i didn’t know because it was from cineplexes all over omtario i think. a smoother, more elegant user interface might motivate me to use the app more often. every time i open the site, i have to relogin which i do not like. also, i was asked to change my password and i’m not sure why. The things I like about the achievers platform is that is gives a great tool for praising and celebrating others. The tool includes everyone and isnt just limited to certain people. I can find a colleague, praise them and share it with the company. I also have the ability to add gifs and make it more personal and fun so it feels less like a handshake and more like a high five between friends Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike about the achievers platform is that I feel as though its alittle limited, but not in a bad way. Id love to see the ability to maybe make our own memes, have a dark mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Achievers is that it makes it easy to recognize associates in our company who make an impact on our experience as well as customer experiences. We work as a big team here at Carmax and have many different departments that work together to help make processes more efficient and to ensure everyone's satisfaction. I like that you can add different gifs and memes to the posts, and react to them and comment to show appreciation. I like that the database allows you to find associates quite easily and connects different departments and stores together seamlessly.
I also like that by appreciating and showing gestures of appreciation for other associates, we are rewarded with points that can be used to purchase a variety of different things. I love that the selection of different things you can buy with achievers points is wide and expansive. There is something for everyone! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not found anything that I dislike about Achievers at this point. I did have an issue once where many unintended associates were tagged on a post I made when I was trying to select specific associates. This might have been an error on my own part and not related to the software however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about the Achievers program is how it motivates me to keep pushing myself and reach my goals. It’s rewarding to see my hard work recognized and celebrated. The support and resources available also help me stay on track, and it’s great to be part of a community of like-minded individuals all striving for success. It really helps me stay focused and driven! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing really, the program is great as is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that I can use Achievers to recognize my peers for things they have accomplished and for ways that they have helped me, as well as use it as a place to receive recognition myself. I also find it very useful that it will give me reminders when my coworkers have birthdays or milestones to celebrate that are coming up. It helps me to feel more connected with the people that I work with even though I work from home and don't get to see them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have very many complaints about Achievers, I think my only complaint would be that the recent update took me a while to figure out how to navigate the new interface. However, I feel I have gotten the hang of it at this point and am able to see what I need to and get to where I need to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have used achievers for many years at my company, Availity. I use it as a way to say thank you to people I work with frequently or infrequently. Just last week, I sent out a recognition for someone being a good sport when I completely confused them with someone else at the company. I find achievers to be an easy way to celebrate the small wins and a great way to recognize how long people have been at companies! I am surprised at the number of years some of coworkers have been here but it reminds me what a great place it is to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the pictures of my coworkers were updated more frequently. It seems like a nit pick but it helps when trying to figure out which people I should be celebrating! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Achievers is nice because it allows you an easy way to give that shoutout or recognition to someone or a group of people that should have it. Plus with the points feature, you can give someone something tangible for their effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While there are alot of choices for awards, it would be nice if they offered more regional relevant options. Things that someone who may not be in the big city could redeem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that you can recognize fellow colleagues for the work that they do. It's an amazing incentive to earn points to gain rewards, and to interact with staff!
I feel when you get to recognize a staff member in a unique and creative way, it truly helps build a healthy and motivational foundation for others. It's very easy to use and navigate, and great to use every day! It is also an amazing and easy tool to implement into certain promotions & integrate into cast incentive related contests.
If having troubles with an Achievers account, customer service can be very helpful as well, and is usually fairly quick in solving issues such as login issues! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not like that Assistant Managers or even Full-Time Managers cannot receive points. I can understand it is a cast incentive, however, I think AMs should be eligible for some kind of point system, as well as the full times. I think the incentive should be spread across the board! This would help even the managers feel motivated as well I think! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's so easy to reward and shoutout employees using Achievers. You can see the employees in your Org Chart and directly recognize them, as well as find information and allows for customization of profiles and experiences. Also allows for Head Office to share a company wide message immediately with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be confusing when so many employees show up when you try and shout out a coworker. Often times you get mistaken for another person, or get tagged in the wrong posts due to similar names or numbers. While it may be my organization, it can take a long long LONG time to gather enough points for more than a 5$ gift card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
