Being in IoT business, our target market and buyers are slightly different and sophisticated; yet ZenIQ's sophisticated machine learning engine is able to surface them up for our marketing programs. We are also starting to manage our account data better with ZenIQ and deploying their Account Scoring framework. There is no other product which does so many things for marketers at such scale. 6sense has completely transformed the way we approach account-based marketing. The platform’s predictive capabilities are incredibly powerful—it helps us identify in-market accounts early and prioritize outreach based on real intent data. The seamless integration with our CRM and marketing automation tools makes it easy to activate campaigns directly from insights, saving our team hours of manual work. I also really appreciate the visibility it provides across the buyer journey; we can see exactly where accounts are in the funnel and tailor our messaging accordingly. The platform does come with a learning curve, especially during implementation. It took some time to get our team fully onboarded and comfortable with interpreting the data. Additionally, while the insights are strong, the UI could be more intuitive in some areas - navigating segments and audience setups sometimes feels clunky. 6sense is helping us solve one of the biggest challenges in B2B marketing: knowing which accounts to focus on and when. Before 6sense, our targeting was mostly based on firmographics and guesswork, we were wasting time and budget on accounts that weren’t actually in-market. Now, with intent data and predictive analytics, we can prioritize accounts that are actively researching solutions like ours.

This has significantly improved our marketing efficiency, campaign performance, and sales alignment. Our SDRs and AEs are more confident in their outreach because they’re engaging accounts at the right time with the right messaging. It’s also helped shorten our sales cycles and improve conversion rates across the funnel. I like that you can easily view what stage in the funnel your accounts live in, and that you can also dive into accounts that have moved into different stages based on the filters that you set up. 6sense is the north star for all of our outbound and ABM efforts. I am in the product daily because it gives us invaluable data to prioritize our target account lists and in-market insights to effectively personalize our messaging for buying stage.

We're made more successful thanks to the tenacious support of our account manager. They work as an extension of our own team, offering resources and thought leadership designed to support us in reaching our goals.

What do you like best about 6sense Revenue Marketing?

I really enjoy the overall technology behind 6sense and it's ability to determine who is actively showing intent in your product or product category. I also enjoy how easily it integrates into our SFDC instance as it allows our sales team members to be able to see their hot, warm, and cold leads. Our social team also loves the ability to use segments to create super personalized ad campaigns for our entire prospect base but also for our ABM team efforts. My CSM has been amazing and always been very quick to answer any of my questions as well as provide additional training or enablement. I also love how easy it is to add/update or remove keywords! Additionally, it eliminates guesswork, which allows us to allocate our resources within a scrappy, relatively small team more effectively. The capabilities of Revenue AI is impressive to eliminate a lot of manual prospecting work, questions around company engagement history, etc. It really gives a clear direction for customers like us to focus on quality targeting for marketing and sales as well as customized engagement.

I love how the predictive model encompasses the 1st party engagement from GTM teams as well as 3rd party data very nicely. There are enough customization features to make sure certain behaviors are tracked.

There are some quirks. Some workflows and integrations could be smoother, and keeping your data clean is key—otherwise, you might need workarounds to get campaigns running the way you want.
