What do you like best about Mediaocean?

Mediaocean has very robust automation capabilities. It does a really nice job of clicking around a couple of times simply to refresh media plans and create reports. We cannot say how much it has saved us during project deadlines but this has indeed saved our team hours to focus on more strategic tasks. Real time analytics dashboard feature is also another outstanding feature of cFdot. It gets you the insights about the campaign performance that you can used to pivot your strategies on the fly. What do you dislike about Mediaocean?

The software is complex and may be difficult for the new users to navigate because of the many options available. It is not an easy task to master, and it may take a while before one is fully conversant with the system. For instance, our new interns had some difficulties at the beginning in terms of interface and all the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mediaocean solving and how is that benefiting you?

Overall, Mediaocean has changed the media planning and buying game for us. We use to drown in emails, and in spreadsheets as we tried to keep in track of all those campaigns on various platforms. Only after that did data flow smoothly and all communication is centralized so it’s easy to manage and analyze. This has saved a lot of wasted time and reduced the risk of errors. What do you like best about Mediaocean?

In fact, I like Mediaocean’s campaign management feature very much as it offers everything that I would need. Another way it gets the job done because it enables us to plan, implement and monitor all our advertising campaigns in one hub which gets us at least a day during the week. What do you dislike about Mediaocean?

However, there are two aspects for which the molecule could be improved. First of all, using the reporting feature sometimes produces some lags, which can be quite annoying when working with quick data. Moreover, the interface should be friendlier and more explicit as there are moments when one feels searching for some features, hoping that they are in a simpler mode of access. What problems is Mediaocean solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before, we had difficulty in dealing with several campaigns that we run on different channels primarily due to duplications and resource waste. There are no such problems with Mediaocean as it offers an opportunity to sort campaigns and discover the efficiency of the action quickly. Moreover, there is the actualization of the finance tools has enhanced the accuracy and hastened the handling of invoices hence reducing our time spent on many plans and Friday administrative work. What do you like best about Mediaocean?

Where Mediaocean stands out is that it can actually save a lot of time and make a lot of things that are boring to do with media planning much easier such as announcements and billing. It also minimizes the risk of making mistakes on the data which would had been inputted manually. Also, it has great analytics capabilities that give us a perfect picture to help adjust campaigns in real time. What do you dislike about Mediaocean?

Mediaocean has its layout and functionality quite complex especially to those who are not much acquainted with it. It is not the friendliest of system, and this can prove to slow down your learning curve. In this case for our team means that more time is spent in efforts to understand how to properly work in the platform as opposed to time spent creatively strategizing in carrying out the campaign. The problem of managing campaigns in different channels has been addressed by Mediaocean in that all is done under one roof. This is less complicated when it comes to the monitoring of ad spend as well as the results that have been generated.. The centralization of data through this software has made my team save a lot of time on manual work and adjust for the best strategies. What do you like best about Mediaocean?

The best part about Mediaocean is that it helps us to keep track of all our campaigns budgets and spends, whether the campaign is digital or print. The input of campaign details are pretty simple and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I dislike is that when you want to change a few entries in the platform then sometimes it becomes very difficult due to the glitches. Other than that I have not faced any issue with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main problem which we are able to solve with mediaocean is that we are able to track our overall campaign spends accurately and that we are billed correctly. Also we are able to upload all invoices in mediaocean which help other team members to keep track of everything happening.

What I find especially beneficial in Mediaocean are the strong media functionalities and media optimization abilities. The platform makes tracking and management of all our media campaigns easy since it is single window. There is data integration with analytics and CRM systems which enables one to track the progress and fine tune the campaigns with real-time data. Mediaocean can be quite intricate to navigate, especially when it comes to its initial setup and training. Our team faced some issues that were evident with new teams, thus making our campaign management slightly slow during this period. Also, the system can be somewhat resource consuming sometimes, and it might slow down occasionally, particularly when dealing with billions of records. They have made an influence in our effectiveness in respect to the onboarding processes as we have experienced a need for more resources for troubleshooting and support.
