What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I like that Hubspot is easy to pick up compared to other platforms. It’s ui and ux feels intuitive, and the ability to bookmark as well as save specific parts of workflows for reuse make programs feel scalable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Hubspot can be very rigid as it’s clear things are intended to work within the Hubspot ecosystem. However with SF as our primary crm and our sales reps working out of outreach, our data feels more disjointed than it should but really it’s using the data that’s a pain. The sf campaign object worked in Hubspot to some extent, I can add to a campaign as a specific status but I can’t use that status as a field in a list of example. At best it forces me to redo work to mirror what we have built in another tool, at worst I have to export and import and other manual processes.

There are a lot of functionality that is half baked and can be used in some places but not othered. Property value changes work as a workflow entry method but I can’t use that same logic on a list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Effective segmentation and ability to engage our prospects. Previously we were using Marketo and my company was hiring jr level marketers. What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Hubspot Marketing Hub is incredibly user-friendly even for people who aren’t super tech friendly. It has made things easier by having everything you need in one place. I really appreciate how clean the platform is making it easy to find everything you need pretty quickly. HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping us solve the problem of managing all our marking tools and data in one place. Before we were using a platform for email marketing, our contact form, and our CRM. It was very hard to keep things organized and connected. Now that we have everything in one place nothing falls through the cracks. What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hubspot solves tracking lead/customer activities accurately in real-time. The platform is fully integrated with it's email marketing and landing page tools, which provides great insights on how leads are interacting with our website. Hubspot also integrates with other systems like Dealfront, capturing those activities as well under each lead. The automated attribution and lead sourcing is very helpful. What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I like how it is for the most part quite user-friendly and HubSpot Academy is quite informative. I used it from university all the way up until now. I like how everything you need for marketing and customer engagement is in this platform and the price isn't bad compared to other CRMs. Really easy to implement and I actually work for a tech company and integration to our product was seamless. What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I find the account managers quite difficult to get ahold of and they upcharge you for the littlest things like adding a few more marketing contacts. The social media tools like the social calendar experiences a lot of glitches like not being able to exit to another tab without it erasing everything or having to constantly connect your accounts. What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I tried the free version of Hubspot three times before committing. Initially, the software seemed to be more than I needed, so I would try a different CRM. Eventually, I discovered the other CRMs didn't offer enough, and I came back to Hubspot. The software is now my go-to platform at the start of every workday. I am a business/media coach. I use it to log emails, calls, and coaching sessions with each client. I also now use Hubspot Forms on my website to build my email list and automatically send newsletters to potential clients using the Hubspot Email option and workflows. What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The AI/Copilot features aren't as robust as advertised. Also, Hubspot needs another pricing option between the Starter and Professional tiers. There's a huge pricing jump between the two. I'd be glad to pay for more features...but not $800/month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Really good templates for email marketing and the ability to have email tracking (so you know and are notified when target customers open those emails) is invaluable.

I like that setting up an email marketing campaign is really easy, and Hubspot send you emails automatically reminding you to set up further functionality if you haven't had time to do so yet.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The biggest issue I have had is some contacts I added early on were not ticked as marketing contacts (my error - I didn't know what I was doing initially!), and therefore don't appear on email marketing lists.

I understand why, but it's way too difficult and confusing to change the subscriptions once they have been set up incorrectly. I have had to send emails manually to a number of contacts due to this (not the end of the world but frustrating). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The Marketing Hub allows my small, in-house marketing team of six people to accomplish so much without wasting time switching between platforms. Setting up the account and individual profiles was straightforward with minimal additional research needed. As for the use case, we use the Marketing Hub for things like landing page creation, automated drip campaigns/emails, social media publishing, and email newsletters. These tasks occur almost daily so I'm almost always keeping HubSpot open on my tabs. Despite their constant updates, some changes feel more like cosmetic upgrades rather than solving real workflow issues. Additionally, certain advanced features are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which can quickly drive up costs. Their reporting capabilities, while decent, often lack the depth and customization I need for complex business insights. Plus, the learning curve for fully utilizing all of HubSpot's tools can be steeper than expected. Hubspot marketing hub is good while we are working on our dashboards and marketing mails what we can send from the hubspot directly we don't have to do anything plus we can set sequences as well to send automatically mails and also hubspot is too good till now and some good things I've learnt.
